    Abstract:

    With the development of international academic exchange, the advancement of Chinese scholars’ ability in English academic writing will be of great importance It is not only helpful to the enhancement of academic papers’ quality and the increase of the equal communication with international peers, but also beneficial to the extension of the influence of Chinese academic circles on the world and the propagation of advanced Chinese culture The author integrates the language learning with writing ability training from the perspective of cognitive theory And at the same time, by the analysis of language learning strategies and writing cognitive process and the reference to the task-based learning, some measures of cultivating English academic writing ability are proposed for further work
