    Abstract:

    In order to explore the structure of the network about tacit knowledge sharing and its effect on tacit knowledge sharing in the high-tech enterprises, based on the social network theories, this paper is from the network density, centrality and structural holes of the important dimensions to explore, and select high-tech enterprise's core knowledge team as the research object. The results show that there are some problems and weaknesses in tacit knowledge sharing networks, and reveal the structure of tacit knowledge sharing network and its structural constraints on tacit knowledge sharing knowledge workers. This paper is to establish an effective knowledge-sharing network, so the employees can contribute the maximum of their accumulated tacit knowledge, to provide a theoretical reference for high-tech enterprises use the collective wisdom to enhance the innovative capability.
