Abstract:本文对钢结构设计规范(TJ17—74和GBJ17—88)的压弯构件进行了可靠度分析.一般情况下,满足《建筑结构设计统一标准》(GBJ68—84)的规定要求.GBJ17—88中压弯构件比TJ17—74的压弯构件的可靠度较为均匀一致.但在某些情况下(如偏心较大时,长细比较大时等),钢压弯构件的可靠度可能过小或过大.为了克服这个缺点,文中对抗力分项系数γ_R和截面塑性发展系数γ提出了改进意见,可供设计人员参考。

Abstract:This paper introduces nullor,an ideal electronic part applied to I.O.A.and discusses the preordained condition with which nullor substitutes for I.O.A.equivalently.Then a criterion which can determine the work state of theoperation amplifier is offered.And a method using node admittance matrixto analyse transfer functions of networks with nullor is also introduced.

Abstract:旋转向量场研究含参变量微分方程:(?)极限环随α而有规律地变化,在极限环理论应用中是很重要的.旋转向量场的理论首先见于G·F·D·Duff的“极限环与旋转向量场”一文,但其条件太强,在许多情况下都不能满足.后来G·Seifert将Duff的条件减轻而获得相同的结论,但仍要假定“在有限时间弧上只有有限逗留点”.本文去掉了这些在应用上很不方便的苛刻条件,在较弱的条件下,以独特的方法证明有完全相同的结论.最后还用此法给出了推广的Poincare-Bendrxson环域定理的新证明.

Abstract:The problem of fuzzy evaluation of environmental pollution is importantboth in environment science and in environmental protection.Usual evaluationmethods have their own characteristics.This paper puts forward a mathematicalmodel of fuzzy evaluation method in grades by means of systematic analysisfor environmental pollution.At the same time,it assigns weighted values byordering based on paired comparison.

Abstract:Brick masonry wall-beams in frames are girders,carrying brick masonrywalls in buildings with only one or two storied reinforced concrete frames atthe bottom of it.How to anaIyse and design such an element is an outstand-ing problem.In this case,there are no analytical and designing rules in thestate code in force.Therefore,designers have to seek other methods,in whichmost are very conservative and expensive.In order to change this case,thispaper provides an analytical and practical mathod for designers.

Abstract:This paper presents a boundary element method for solving Dirichlet bou-ndary value problem of the Helmholtz equation in R~2.First,the existence andthe uniqueness of an extended solution for the problem are obtained.Then,thesolution is expressed in terms of simple layer potentials,and this expression,which is suitable to the interior as well as the exterior problem,leads to aboundary integral equation of the first kind.Finally,a finite element approachis applied to solve a variational form which is equivalent to the boundaryintegral equation.
