Abstract:In this paper,the effects of quality of gangue amount ofCaO added and w/c ratio upon the weight loss rate and potential of steelas well as pH value and structure of concrete cover of gangue concreteare analysed by means of mercury intrusion porosimetry,scanning electronmicroscopy,pH value measurement and soak-dry cycling.The results ofthis study confirm that the gangue concrete with appropriate proportiongives a good protection for steel.

Abstract:On the basis of analysing the cause of brittle failure ofconcrete,a conclusion that it is necessary to distinguish brittleness andbrittle failure and a new point of view about evaluating brittleness ofconcrete are proposed.A simple and reliable method about the directtension test of concrete is analysed theoretically.

Abstract:With the wide use of tall buildings,highrise structures,suspended structures and some other flexible structures,the analysis ofstructure responses under pulsating wind has been more and more valuedin the field of engineering.It is necessary to effectively give pulsatingwind records with certain stochastic characteristics for the analysis ofstructure responses under winds and the design of anti-vibration struc-tures.Using autoregressive moving average(ARMA)model and techoniqueof parameter identification,this paper studies the method to simulatingpulsating winds which are compatible with given factors(such as powerspectrum or other stochastic characteristics).The conclution shows thatit is an effective method.

Abstract:There are two main problems in the kinematic analysisof slewing mechanism on hydraulic excavator driven by variable displace-ment pumps with total hp-control when the excavator works and it'spumps get into variable displacement state as well.The first is how todetermine the oil flow in the hydraulic system according to the sum ofthe instantaneous pressure existing both in the slewing motor and in theworking cylinder.The second is how to calculate the driving torqueacting on the mechanism according to the instantaneous pressure existingin the motor.At pressent,the methods used for the kinematic analysisof the mechanism are based upon the assumption of the mechanism to bedriven by the fixed displacement pumps or by the variable displacementpumps with individual constant hp-control.But in these ways,theproblems mentioned above cannot be solved.This paper,on the basisof the variable displacement characteristic of the pumps with totalconstant hp-control,analyses the general kinematic pattern of the slewingmechanism in detail,presents the mathematical model and the numericalmethod used for it's kinematic analysis and establishes the the basis forevaluating it's design.

Abstract:This paper presents the quantitative measurement to thesky luminance distribution with the help of the figure and numericalsystem of disposal,and suggests that the actual sky,with exception ofa few particular weather conditions,such as rain in which artificiallighting is needed,may be divided into CIE clear sky,pseudo-clearsky,pseudo-overcast sky and CIE overcast sky according to the skyluminance distribution,and verify the sky classification is reasonablewith fuzzy mathematics.

Abstract:Starting from the fact of contemporary urban problemsexsiting universally,this paper traces back and analyses the theoreticalpoints of green city and its widespread and profound influence.Thispaper also expounds its benefit and enlightenment to us.To relax thesevere urban ecological and environmental problems,the author,consci-entiously drawing some modern urban planning thoughts such as gardencity,organic dispersion and systematical coordination and based on thepractice in the over all planning of Leshan city,presents a new conceptof green core city aiming to combine overall city planning with ecologyplanning and layout structure with improving urban living quality bylaying the city in several natural ecological circles.It will creat a higher urban living environmental quality.To satisfy demand of contemporarycities on a higher stage of development for environmental quality,it isnecessary to achieve the developmental goal of ecological city.This paperstates this point of veiws on the meaning and basic requirements for anecological city and stresses that it is important to raise the view ofunifying economical and social benefits with ecology and environment inurban planning and construction.

Abstract:The fibre-resin adhesion has been reinforced by plasmatreatment on ultra-high molecular weight polythlene(UHMW-PE)fibres.This paper reports a study of the mechanism of the adhesion from thechanging of the surface energy.The experimental results show the surfaceenergy of the fibres has been greatly increased for plasma treatment andthus meets the prerequisite of fibre-resin adhesion.The fibres are comple-tely rinsed in the epoxy matrix.

Abstract:Modeling of girder in steel frame with semi-rigid conn-ections as partially restrained beam element is proposed for elastic-plasticanalysis of steel frames with semi-rigid connections.The results whichare obtained from analyses of elasticity,plasticity and stability for steelframes with semi-rigid connections have significant effects on structuralbehavior.It is necessary to consider the influences of semi-rigid conn-ections on the analysis and design for steel frames.

Abstract:In this paper,a method for communication with the prin-ter in programming is presented,and typewriting multi-functionalgraphic with the printer is realized.The driving progeam of typewrit-ing graphs is designed and in it the contacts are given.The programcan be called conveniently by other program languages and the situationof using it on the EPSON,CP132,DL3400 et cetera is excellent.Thereduction and expansion,rotating,clipping,making up and typewritingin a given position for the typewritten graphs are realized conveniently,the line of graphs are beautiful,and the velocity of typewriting issatisfied.
