Abstract:Rectangle fin is widely used in different kinds of heat exchangrs. Convection heat transfercoefficient distribution over the fin surface is one of the theorehcal problems in research on enhancement of heat transfer. In this paper, a tube with an attached rectangular fin is used for a model and thefin surface is divided into a network of nodes by the finite difference techinque. When the wind velocityis u= 4. 5 m/s. the temperature distribution of discretization is obtained by experimental measurement, then the convection heat transfer coefficient of all nodes are soved by using the methed of inverse heatconduction problem. Through checking with heat balance methed, the results show that the solution cancorrectly express the actual heat transfer situation. This result is useful to experimental research onenhancement of heat transfer for finned for heat exchangers.

Abstract:In this paper a nonsteady heat flux equation for car body is established and the formulationof transmission function coeficient of the cooling load is derived. The composition of the automobile airconditioner's cooling load has been analysed and a computer program for calculating the cooling loadhas been compiled, It has proved to be exact from the example, So these results are of practical value.

Abstract:Through actuality analyses of commeroial house prices and inhabitatS' income in ourcountry, comparisons of city house prices between countries in the world are carried out and it ispointed out that in our country the house price is much higher than inhabitants' income that they cannot afford it. Based on studies on reasons of such high house price, ways to cut down the high price areexplored.

Abstract:This paper focuses on the typical regular R. C frame structure. Considering the fact thatframe structure still works at its elastic stage under frequent horizontal seismic action, and based on theprinciple of structure optimum design and the theory of anti - seismic design, a structure optimum modewhose control objective is apex lateral displacement is presental for frame structure. And an optimunobjective function is consequently determined . Finally this paper gives the calculation formula for sections'dimension of beams and columns of typical regular R. C frame structure. And the form of beamsnd columns optimum rigidity ratio is presented for engineers' reference.

Abstract:This paper systematically presents the experiment about the adhesive and shearing strengthbetween the concrete member poured with two kinds of steel form and the cement mortar on the membersurface. By the comparison of three groups of experiments, this paper draws a conlusion tha the adhesive and shearing strentgh between concrete member and cement mortar could be considerably increased if the special-shaped steel form was applied.
