Abstract:With the understanding that there will be a great demand for superhigh performance concrete (SHPC) in the future construction engineering,while the resources of coarse and intermediate sand commony used for SHPC are scarce,so it is very important to replace coarse and intermediate sand by plentiful superfine one; First in China and abroad as well a superfine sand superhigh performance concrete with max. slump 255mm and max.28d compressive strength 126.8 MPa was prepared.It was compared with superhigh performance concrete with intermediate sand.

Abstract:In order to improve carbonation resistance of high_addition flyash concrete,the grinding of flyash and additon of hydrated_lime in flyash concrete have been studied.It is shown that it is possible to improve the carbonation resistance of high_addition flyash concrete by using these methods without reducing its strength.

Abstract:The pumpability of ready mixed concrete is a comprehensive property. At present there is no suitable method for its evaluation. The possibility of evaluating the pumpability of ready mixed concrete by a combincd index of the slump, the slump loss and bleeding under pressure is suggested.

Abstract:AAR expansion ratios of alkali_clinker_slag(ACS)cement mortars are studied by mortar bar test.The influences of the sort of alkalis and the content of clinker on AAR expansion ratio of ACS cement mortars are analysed.On the basis of above mentioned,the mechanism of AAR in ACS cement system is discussed.

Abstract:It is shown that the alkalinity of pore fluid of high addition flyash concrete decreases more greatly than that of normal concrete after 7 days,closing to the threshold value of 11.5.Having added 10%lime and 1.5%Na2SO4 in flyash concrete,the alkalinity increased evidently without reducing its strength.

Abstract:The durability of concrete is always a problem of great importance while the high performance concrete raise higher requirement for durability. The authors of this paper carried out a study on resistance to chemical attack of the high performance concrete prepared with Portland cement, silica fume and superplasticizer ,which has proved that the high performance concrete offers excellent resistance to chemical attack.

Abstract:The influences of autoclaving schedule on the compressive strength,bending strength,spliting strength and fracture energy are studied by testing the strengths,fracture energy,pore structure and BET surface of lime_sand concrete with 2 kinds of mix proportion and 8 autoclave schedules.The purpose of the work is to explain the changes of mechanical behaviors of lime_sand concrete by the data of pore structure and BET surface.

Abstract:A fly ash brick is developed by using fly ash-lime-sulphate system as the binding material, added with certain quantities of aggregates and moulded by press, which can yield 28-day compressive strength up to 20 MPa under normal curing conditions. Abstract:A new method is applied in this article to the quantitative phase analysis for weight factors of X-ray diffraction intensity. This method overcame the defect of traditional sampling and quantitative analysis method which only single out one plane web diffraction peaks for quantitative analysis from the phases of the sample to be tested. The method applied in this article is that the sample processing and taking measurements to the samples only once, then determining the weight factors by the intensity corresponding to n X-ray diffraction peaks from the phases of the sample to be tested. Thus we can get the relative percentage of each phase in the sample.

Abstract:对碱矿渣水泥基铬渣固化体侵出毒性的安全性进行了研究,结果表明,即使固化体在破坏的情况下,其浸出毒性仍在安全剂量范围内,固化体的早期表面浸出率为10^-3 ̄10^-4数量级,后期表面浸出率仅为10^-6数量级,与玻璃固化体的浸出率相当,可见固化体的长期抗表面浸出能力是很强的,完全可以用作建筑材料。
