Abstract:在分析小偏心受压状态下钢筋混凝土偏心受压构件由二阶效应引起的弯矩增大规律的基础上， 讨论了用于偏心距增大系数极限曲率表达式的反映小偏心受压状态下截面极限曲率变化规律的截面曲率修正系数的各种表达方案的物理含义及其优缺点， 为国家标准《混凝土结构设计规范》的修订提供决策依据。

Abstract:This paper introduces the importance of developing the Ground-Source Heat pump and describes the prospects of it.with the method used abroad to acquire the temperature profiles within surrounding soil of the underground heat exchanger with buried tubes, in this paper the line heat source theory and thermal resistance network analysis method were used to set up the heat transfer model.The original temperature of the ground is determined by calculation and is compared with test results. Experiments of running single tube and running three series connection tubes are carried out on the built underground exchangers of vertical buried tube type.And the data which can provide reference for the Ground-Soure Heat pump technique are acquired.

Abstract:Based on the plane_section hypothesis of combination section,this paper describes the section strains of reinforced concrete columns with concrete cover under initial axial pressure and analyses the height of relative limit compression area and the stress of concrete and reinforcing bar of combination section in ultimate state.Meanwhile,the paper proposes practical calculation method of load capacity.

Abstract:This paper covers a new long phosphorescent material which absorbs daylight or lamp light and saves the light during the day and will illuminate after exposure,This nonradioactive, non_poisonous illuminant material will receive ultra_violet and visible lights and its luminous intensity is 10 times more than that of previous phosphorescent materials,meanwhile with more than 24 hrs phosphorescent time and 10 years lifetime,this luminous material may be used for the illuminating purposes such as indicator light.

Abstract:On the basis of quaility accident cases in engineering, this paper presents the necessity of establishing the mechanism of regulation standards on engineering quaility for whole construction work. This paper compares the technology standards with regulation standards on engineering quaility, puts forward the idea of regulation standards on engineering quaility for whole construction, analyses and studies the procedure norm, accounting system, management mechanism,auditing supervision and risk forecasting technique on engineering quaility in entity related with whole construction, under consideration with the reality of interaction relationship on engineering quaility and engineering financing in our county, finally ,explores and illustrates the positive appoarch which is used for establishing the mechanism of regulation standards on construction engineering quaility.

Abstract:Having demonstrated the importance of establishing the appraisal system for the effect of investment control by supervision,this paper designs not only the appraisal model for this problem by citing the basic theories of Analytic Hierarchy Process but also interprets the application conditions and specific approach of the model.Finally,the paper introduces an actual project case by using the model and analyzes the general practical application environment of the model.

Abstract:通过三砖双剪面砌体模型试验研究了动力加载条件下的砌体剪压复合受力相关性。分析表明， 动力加载条件下的剪压复合相关性与静力加载下的相关性具有相似的规律。再次证实了关于抗剪强度的剪摩理论、主拉应力理论和Ｈｏｆｆｍａｎ 劈裂破坏理论所有的局限性，并提出了基于可靠度分析的动力抗剪强度计算公式

Abstract:This paper deals with the linear equations algorithm for quadratic programming problems with equality constraints.In this paper the optimality conditions were used for programming problem with equality constraints and then a linear equation was established. Finally the solution of these leads to optimal solution of quadratic programming problems.

Abstract:According to multivariant linear regression analysis for Economies of Scale of construction industry,the paper argues that it is unreasonable for taking the Economies of Scale as the economical course of Construction Enterprise Group (CEG) as it would misguide us.This paper gives a more reasonable interpretation.There are Economies of Scope only if the core enterprises take advantage of their more advanced technology,more scientific administration,and more valuable message to integrate other enterprises vertically and have multivariant management,and develop Economies of Scope.The Economies of Scope Theory can give us a lot of useful messages for the foundation and resystematizing of CEG.

Abstract:In order to calculats the ultimate load of a Waffle_slab structure with the method of plastic analysis,this paper supposes the structure as a virtual isotropic plate of structural orthogonal anisotropic plat es.The formulations of the ultimate moments distribution between the virtual plate and the virtual beams are deduced.The virtual work of the internal forces can be figured out easily under the given failure mechanism models,and then the ultimate load of the structure can be determined according to the virtual work principle.
