Abstract:The housing industry, as a new economy growth point and hot point of consumption in our national economy, has huge potentials for its development. Because of the underdevelopment of the commodity housing market in our country, there are some unhealthy tendencies, such as low level of development, poor quality of housing, waste of resources, large deviation between housing function and its price, and so on. So there is urgent need to take measures for avoiding these unhealthy phenomena. It is one of the strongest measures to evaluate the economy of the commodity housing. In this paper the meaning, principle and method of the evaluation on economy of the commodity housing were discussed. It will play a positive role to promote spreading this work.

Abstract:This paper illustrates that the financial risk is the biggest barrier for development of personal housing mortgage. It discerns these financial risks and introduces two methods for measuring the risks. Finally, it presents the antidotes to the financial risks and gives some ideas for establishing management system of housing mortgage risk.

Abstract:Every sort of financial indexes of the construction project is a value occurred in future. It has a random character, so the estimation of these indexes in early stage is surely a matter of risk. In practice, the investors often choose a construction project only by simple estimation rather by deep financial evaluation and risk analysis. In this paper, taking the project NPV as an example and applying risk analysis to its estimation, the authors develop a totally new economic evaluation method for construction projects.

Abstract:The performance feedback is an important means of motivating. With its efficient and proper application, the subordinates' zeal can be arisen. Otherwise, it may be the hindrance. This paper gives a brief account of performance feedback concept, expounds the mode of performance feedback. Then, it analyzes in depth the effect of performance feedback on the subordinate's work behavior. At last, it points out some problems that should be paid attention in performance feedback.

Abstract:This paper investigates the coordinated operation of the progress planning with the resource planning when carrying out engineering projects and puts forward a method of "RSM" under the resource limit conditions. Then, the "RSM" was improved to avoid complicated calculation. This method not only reduces the calculating work by hand but saves computer's memory as well, making the time-resource optimization work more quick and convenient.
