Abstract:Today the information globalization is the trend of society development. The information technology has great influence not only on the mode of life and production, but also on the urban social and economic structure. In order to fit in with the change in this regard, the urban land-use distribution, residential mode, traffic pattern and so on should be changed correspondingly. Therefore, this change will lead to the development and evolution of whole urban spatial structure. In this paper, the development tendency of urban spatial structure in the information age is analyzed and some proposals on city planning and construction are put forward.

Abstract:The urban green landscape in Chongqing was analyzed from the view of landscape ecology. It was believed that the urban green landscape was developed rapidly in recent years, but there are still some problems existed, including mainly: (1) the structure of green landscape was unreasonable, (2) the quality of green patches was low, and (3) the function of green corridors was incomplete. It is pointed out that in some urban regions there were lack of green patches, furthermore, some patches were isolated from each other due to lack of green corridors. In the last, taking account of the foundational theory about patch and corridor, some aspects for the design of urban green landscape in Chongqing were proposed: connecting the river and road green corridors and increasing the green patches at the ecological strategic points.

Abstract:In this paper, taking the campus planning of Sanxia University as an example, the natural ecological factors in the planning were analyzed. An ecological sensitivity model was drawn out after comprehensive appraising. In combination with the requirements for campus planning, a mode of eco-division for land use and the development intensity control was proposed. The stress on ecology arrangement and construction of campus with consideration of local conditions is suggested. Thus the concept of 'design in consideration of the nature and in coordination with the environment'is realized.

Abstract:In this paper, based on the structure characters and load applying means, a method called as curvature force method is put forward and proved in the nonlinear analysis of bonded prestressed concrete frame. Based on the nonlinear program, the simulation calculation was carried out on test results of two prestressed concrete frames by this method. The results from calculation are identical with the experiment ones. So it may be added to the methods for the nonlinear analysis of prestressed concrete frame.

Abstract:The tensile strength of high strength bolt is affected by many factors, including prying force. The prying force can result in the increment of bolt force, for which the connection failed ahead of time. Several methods are presented for calculating the prying force. In the China's "Code for Design of Steel Structure" (GB50017), there is no formula for calculation of prying force and a factor of 0.8 is considered in formula for tensile strength of bolt for taking the prying force into account. It is proposed that the design value of tensile resistance for high strength bolt should be increased.

Abstract:In this paper, the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is applied to the internal force analysis of structure. After introducing the model and algorithm of back-propagation network, a trained BP network of three layers is used to calculate the maximum of elastic moment of middle span of two-way slab. In order to enhance the generalized capability of network, the modified value of weight should be regarded as convergence standard and in order to accelerate the learning process without vibration, the method of adding momentum coefficient is adopted. The analysis program of BP network is carried out with the software of Matlab. The result demonstrates that application of ANN in structure analysis is feasible.

Abstract:Homogenization is one of the most important steps in the numerical analysis of masonry structure, where the continuum is used. A masonry representative volume element (RVE) is formed as the equivalent element of masonry components and it is the most important step in homogenization procedure. The RVE is molded with consideration of the material properties of mortar and brick as well as their interaction separately. In this paper the masonry RVE is simulated with the finite element software ANSYS. The stress-strain relationships of RVE subjected to different types of loading conditions are presented. The equivalent elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio are calculated and the feasibility of finite element method used in the procedure of masonry homogenization is demonstrated.

Abstract:In this paper, the landfill gas generation process was investigated by a landfill lysimeter of municipal solid waste (MSW) co-disposed with wastewater sludge. The experimental results show that the wastewater sludge played a role of inoculation in MSW degradation process and accelerated organic waste decomposition. Compared with the MSW landfill alone, the landfill gas generation rate of MSW co-disposed with sludge was higher by about 30%. The average CH 4 content in landfill gas reached 64%, which was much higher than in case of MSW landfill alone and useful for landfill gas utilization. It is also proved that co-disposal of sludge with MSW is a good choice for beneficial use of sludge.

Abstract:The anoxic-aerobic process was used to treat n-phenylglycinonitrile wastewater from a chemical plant. Furthermore, the chemical process was used to remove ammonia from effluent of bio-chemical process. The results show that when the influent contains COD Cr 1 000-2 000 mg/L and NH 3-N 300 mg/L, the effluent would contain COD Cr 200-300 mg/L and NH 3-N 30 mg/L. The treated water can be reused as cooling water for the factory.

Abstract:This paper describes the familiar ways for the energy saving of the municipal water-supply systems and the basic methodologies for the optimal pump operations. A recommendation of the most-used nonlinear programming and the lately developed genetic algorithm of the water distribution systems is also provided. Advantages and disadvantages of each approach are presented,along with the comment of the corresponding applications.At the last part of this paper, the author puts forward his suggestions, at the basis of the summary and conclusion of energy saving and optimization of the municipal water-supply systems.Through this paper, the author hopes to review the state of existing ways and methodologies of the water-supply systems,and to recognize the future work that for us to do.

Abstract:There is chaos existed in the building market systems to some degrees in recent years, which has not only endangered the engineering quality and safety, but also has caused lower investment benefit as well as corrupted cadres and social vogue. So it is necessary to further rectify the building market. In this paper, the main existing problems including breaching the principle of bidding, contracting, rules of owners, monopolization and blockage, involving main bodies and government branches are analyzed. Then corresponding solutions in domestic building market from the standings of construction procedure, legal system, law execution supervision and management of main bodies are pointed out.

Abstract:Construction guarantee institution is a risk management means to disperse or remove each party's risk. The guarantor makes a promise in written form to the party in right under guarantee's demand to fulfill what the guarantee is requested in construction contract, if the guarantee cannot do it. In developed countries and regions, the construction guarantee is an important part of social guarantee system in construction engineering and has been developed amply. Abstract:In this paper a point of view is expressed that the fairness of accounting measurement in anti-dumping holds a vital status. It should be considered fully that the positive connection exists between the anti-dumping and the fairness of accounting measurement and it is very important to anti-dumping.The fairness in accounting measurement is the extending of fair trade of WTO. However,the difference between the standards of China's accounting and international accounting to certain extent does exist. In this paper, the fairness in accounting measurement in view of identification, transparence, international coordination and objective justice are expounded. It is concluded that in the process of anti-dumping, the identification of fairness in accounting measurement rests with present value and historic cost of market economy. The transparence is the premise of fairness in accounting measurement. The necessary and possibility exist in international coordination, The objective market condition in setting up the fairness in accounting measurement should be taken into account and the unity, different arrangement, utility and reliability be embodied.

Abstract:The price indexes for city used house belong to the real estate price indexes. They will reflect the fluctuation of the used house price, forecast the direction of the up-and-down price, induct the citizens to make deal in reason and support the government to make policy with the price information. For complex bargaining of the used house in city, it is difficult to make the price index for city used house exactly. There will be a lot of difficulties for making the indexes. This paper expands and analyzes the difficulties in confirming the representative district, choosing the fixed time and selecting the case. Then, this paper analyzes the regional adjusting factors from the qualitative and quantitative factors in detail. It works out the influencing degree of regional factors with Delphi. Meanwhile, it calculates the correctional coefficient on the basis of qualitative facet and introduces the method of making price index for city used house on the basis of quantitative facet.

Abstract:The hydrolytic acidification, biological contacting oxidation process has been adopted to treat the wastewater with capacity of 100 m 3/d in the city district. An effluent with BOD<20 mg/L, COD<60 mg/L, SS<20 mg/L, NH 3-N<15 mg/L has been obtained when the inlet BOD,COD, SS and NH 3-N are 86 mg/L, 215 mg/L, 116 mg/L and 28 mg/L, respectively. It meets the national wastewater discharge standard.

Abstract:The subject matter of this paper is to analyze the stability of excavated high slope. On the base of typical engineering case in Wulong, Chongqing, the geological conditions and potential failure pattern of the high slope are discussed. Then, the limit equilibrium method and the stereographic projection method are used to synthetically analyze the stability of excavated high slope. As a result, it indicates that the stability of the high slope in insufficient and some retaining structures ought to be adopted for the high slope as soon as possible.

Abstract:In this paper, how to effectively control building cost under the current situation is discussed, due to that the engineers take part into project management only in the stage of construction. It points out that the engineers should notice the following issues when applying cost control: they should be experienced with necessary knowledge on building cost and contracts control, analyze each cost in bills of project volume carefully, sign a set of reasonable contracts, pay attention to the site sign, understand their skills of claim for compensation and pay much attention to cost control during settlement stage.
