Abstract:The Environmental Impact Assessment Law of our country stipulated that the project and construction items should be assessed using the method of environmental impact. The planning office becomes the agent of environmental impact assessment is as important as the agent of project construction for the first time. The scope, duty, and the legal responsibility of the agent, which does the assessment using the method of environmental impact, should be standardized and perfected. It will be helpful to implement the work of environmental assessment and make it legal.

Abstract:As a renovation envelope, double-skin facade has the characteristics of environmental function and unique aesthetic effect. In this paper, the composition and functional characteristics of double skin facade is introduced briefly, its development history and a detailed typologic analysis combined with typical cases is reviewed. It is pointed out that the double skin facade has a bright future in 21~(st) century and the function and aesthetics are the footstone for its typologic research.

Abstract:In this paper, the authors put forward a basic 'Fengshui' pattern on the basis of expounding the origin of 'Fengshui'. Then it is demonstrated from the aspect of natural geography and example, and an attempt to apply it in locating the ecological residence is realized. At the end, the authors point out several factors that should be taken into account in the design of an ecological residence.

Abstract:Sport culture and its connotation are presented by exploring the sport building as a physical carrier to comprehensively and visually exhibit the significance of sport culture and social culture psychology, and studying the reconstruction of the connotation of sport building which covers the organic reconstructions of the significances of culture, ecology, and science and technology. Abstract:Effect of varying longitudinal reinforcement ratios on shear behavior of reinforced concrete simply supported beams without web reinforcement was analyzed in this paper, with emphasis on both shear ultimate capacity and failure mode, on the basis of available testing data. Generic laws were thus obtained and codified methods, including ACI Code and China Design Code of Reinforced Concrete Structures, were evaluated as a result.

Abstract:In this paper, a simple genetic algorithm (GA) is presented for optimizing the structural systems with discrete design variable. First, the origin, basic process of GA was discussed. In order to improve the convergence of GA, considering the difficulty in choosing the probability of crossover and mutation, an adaptive GA, in which the probability of crossover and mutation were varied depending on the fitness values of the solutions, was introduced. Finally, the availability of the adaptive GA was shown by an example.

Abstract:Based on 'yielding-line' method, in this paper, the static strength of X-joints, SHS loaded with in-plane bending moments is analyzed and two static strength formulas are derived: one considers the membrane action and the another not. Abstract:The large deflection problem of cantilever beams is studied by means of pseudolinear approach and the result is compared with that by algorithm of nonlinear governing equation. Abstract:Based on traditional consolidation theory, the soft ground settlement is calculated and one-, two-, and three-dimensional consolidation of reinforced soft foundation with sand drain is studied. The calculation method of average sand drain and the new modified method are discussed. The results can serve as a guide to subgrade design of soft ground.

Abstract:In this paper, partial differential equations of vortex flow-stream function in boundary fitted coordinates and related ADI equations were listed. The flow around a cylinder in quadrilateral area by auto control boundary was computed. Abstract:The prestressed tension is an important part of the prestressed concrete component construction.In order to find out the influence on the concrete hollow slab of different tension sequence,in this paper,the 30 m assembled post tensioning concrete hollow slab is simulated by the means of finite element analysis software ANSYS. The variation of the hollow slab's stress and strain are discussed according to the result of the different tensioning sequence, then, the reasonable sequence of tensioning prestressed steel wires is put forward.

Abstract:Considering the difficulties of mathematical analysis and the complex computer programming of numerical methods in solving dynamical problems of the multi-body dynamic system for the hoisting mechanism of a crane, in this paper, a multi-mass-multi-freedom model is set up and the simulation system of the model is built up applying MATLAB/SIMULINK toolbox. The differential equations of the model is solved with adaptive-step fourth-order Runge-Kutta method. In the study, the typical work conditions of the hoisting mechanism, such as start rise from ground, start rise/down in air, brake conditions, were simulated. The dynamic performance of the hoisting mechanism is studied and the results obtained are valuable to practice. This study improves the modeling accuracy of the hoisting mechanism and the results of precious theoretical analysis and numerical computation conclusions. The movement of every discrete body of the system can be modeled applying the methods suggested by this study and more consistent results between model and actual hoisting mechanism can be achieved.

Abstract:介绍了螺旋升流反应器流态试验的思路及原理;并通过寿命停留时间分布(R1D)试验及多段串联模型,探索d/D值及导流转速(n)对螺旋升流反应器的流态的影响规律;由正交回归试验得到:当d/D=0.50、n=15r/min时,在试验条件下反应器的流态最优,此时平均停留时间t=1.87、串联级数Ⅳ=4.5;并得出和Ⅳ与d/D值和导流转速(n)之间的数学关系。

Abstract:This paper puts forward a theoretical analysis model for air temperature characteristic inside a car during parking and starting. The analysis solution shows that the variation of air temperature inside a car with time follows index number law and becomes stable when the time is long enough. The theoretical analysis not only reveals the law of air temperature variation in clear physical meaning, but also coincides well with the experimental results.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the urban vulnerable groups in house needs, as well as housing security policy; the conclusion is to carry out low-rent house system. Furthermore, the shortcoming lies in system, fund, object, quantity and information nowadays is pointed out. The countermeasures perfecting the low rent house system are presented. Abstract:沥青旋转窑炉是把沥青加热到40~60℃后,沥青变为稀稠状和石料混匀成为沥青路面混合料的一种工业窑炉,其主要污染物为未完全燃烧的柴油烟气。为了使污染物达标排放,工程实践中采用了XCX—I型(0.5t)反旋风除尘器。在进口烟气流量为2095m^3/h、温度148℃、含尘浓度612mg/m^3、林格曼黑度3级的条件下,经系统处理后,出口烟气温度65℃、含尘浓度为25mg/m^3,林格曼黑度为0~1级,达到国家二类区烟尘排放标准,实际除尘效率达96%。
