Abstract:In this paper, the possible geological disasters in Three Gorges Reservoir Area are reviewed. Firstly, the types of geological disasters are classified and their influencing factors and growth characteristics are analyzed, then the damages, which have happened in this area up to now, are listed. On this basis, five aspects of dangers brought by geological disasters to society and economic environment are analyzed. Finally, a conclusion was drawn that the geological disasters in Three Gorges Reservoir Area have done some harms to this area and the situation becomes worse than before. So some reasonable measures should be taken quickly.

Abstract:以兴建于四川省绵阳市的南郊机场航站大楼为对象,在中国空气动力研究与发展中心低速空气动力研究所的4.0m×2.2m×15.0m风洞的工业试验段中,利用几何缩尺比为1∶100的刚体模型,系统地研究了该建筑外表面平均风压分布和脉动风压分布特性,给出了可用于设计的风载荷值,以确保大楼特别是上部悬臂屋顶在100年重现期风速下的安全性与稳定性。

Abstract:The urbanization level and demand of urban land-use in future are forecast on the basis of natural condition, social and economic environment and the present condition of development in Dazu County. In the future, the supply-demand contradiction in urban land will be more intensive with acceleration of urbanization. Therefore, on one hand, urban land in major towns should be increased properly with centralization and land rearrangement of rural settlements;on the other hand, utilization ratio of land should be improved with enhancement of intensive use of urban land. In Dazu County, the demand of urban land should be satisfied primarily in towns with strong economy and urban land use should be increased properly in towns with general economic level but with potential economic development in the future. As for other towns, the urban land-use increase should be controlled.

Abstract:Under the market economy system, the development of scenic areas must adhere to the regulation that the scenic resources must be turned into tourism resources under the guidance of scenic area planning at first, then the tourism resources has to be developed into tourism products directed by tourism development planning. Meantime, in this paper, Fengjie Tiankengdifeng Scenic Area Planning and Fengjie Tourism Development Planning are taken as examples to support this viewpoint.

Abstract:Longgang District is an important industrial park for carving out a business in Shenzhen City. The author thinks that the rural urbanization course of Longgang District is obvious in phases. At present, it is in fast development period. The basic characteristic of the rural urbanization in Longgang District is as follows: 1.The raw and processed materials come from out and the products go out of the district; 2.The urbanization standard of the west of Longgang District is better than that of the east. According to the analysis on economic growth, economic type and industrial structure during different years, the driving force and the differentiation law of urbanization in Longgang District is put forward.

Abstract:Digital city and its sustainable development is the new vision on city civilization in the 21st century, which will greatly change the life conception, style and level of the people. The relationship of Digital City and sustainable development will affect the orientation and speed of worldwide economic development. The concepts and the relationship of Digital City and sustainable development are analyzed and their harmony and collision are studied in this paper. It suggests that Digital City is an important component of Digital Earth and a result of new technology revolution as well as the inherent necessity to the implementation of sustainable development. Digital City and sustainable development will be vested with new connotations with the development of the city.

Abstract:Spatial interpolation includes point interpolation and areal interpolation. The point interpolation is mainly used to deal with natural geography data and the areal interpolation is usually used to solve the interpolation problem of social economic statistic data. However, social economic statistic data are often collected by areas, which cannot represent their real spatial distribution. A spatial distribution model of social economic statistic data is to be established to conform to their real spatial distribution. Using the areal weighting interpolation and inverse distance weighted averaging, a spatial distribution model of GDP is established in this paper.

Abstract:The national structural codes GB50010-2002 and GB 50011-2001 have been modified in many aspects compared with the old ones. To verify the effectiveness of structural capacity design provisions in the new codes, firstly, two typical RC frame structures of Grade 2 in intensity-category 8 and Grade 1 in intensity-category 9 are designed according to the new codes. Then, nonlinear dynamic analyses of the two structures are carried out under excitations of several ground motions with the fortification and rare intensity levels. With the analysis results the availability of strong column weak beam is checked carefully, which is desirable with capacity design measures of RC frame in Chinese new structural design code. The conclusions drawn from the analysis are helpful to structural design and local modification of the codes.

Abstract:Coupling beams are the key elements of plastic energy dissipation mechanisms in coupled walls.However,the design of the small span-to-depth ratio coupling beams with high ductility is still one of the problems not solved effectively in domestic and foreign seismic reinforced concrete structure design.The research group,where the authors of this paper are,brings forward a new reinforcement scheme with adding diagonal and rhombic bars to traditional reinforcement in the foundation.Test results prove that it is an effective way to solve the problems for it has good seismic performance and is easy to be constructed.This paper puts great emphasis on introducing the trial results and principal rules that are deduced from the test results of second set of specimens with low reinforcement rate.

Abstract:Different creep coefficients of concrete layers in composite beam will cause redistribution of stress and additional stress in section. Based on the concept of strain compatibility approach, in this paper,the authors deduced a differential equation of the additional inner forces resulted from creep. Thereafter, the authors proposed an equation to calculate stress redistribution of steel and concrete composite beam, concrete composite beam and concrete strengthening member. At last, the formulas of additional stress of the section were proposed.

Abstract:A new reinforcement arrangement scheme was suggested to provide satisfactory seismic performance and good workmanship for the coupling beams with small aspect ratio. Coupling beams with small aspect ratio are counter flexural deep beams with both ends restrained, in which the Bernoulli hypothesis are not valid. Although their load bearing capacity can be predicted with the strut-and-tie model developed recently, how to simulate this kind of beams adopting new reinforcement arrangement is still a problem. A macroscopic strut-and-tie model is thus presented for these coupling beams. Good agreement with experimental results is achieved.

Abstract:In elastic-plastic solution of expansion of spherical cavities, based on Mohr-Coulomb strength criterion, the effect of intermediate principal stress on yield and failure of soil is not analyzed. Therefore, there is disparity between results obtained by Mohr-Coulomb strength criterion and those obtained from experimental data. In this paper, the elastic-plastic solution of expansion of spherical cavities, based on unified strength theory is established and unified solutions are obtained. The corresponding solutions of different materials can be obtained. The unified solution cannot only be used to fit the properties of the materials with different tension-pressure strength, but also those with equal tension-pressure strength. The results show that by this solution, full use of the properties of the materials can be attained to reduce supports, which is of important significance for engineering

Abstract:Along with the development of commodity economy, the charge way as to record water meters in turns is no more received by the people. It is an important reform in tap water charge system to introduce "one household one water meter" supported by the people. In this paper, several methods of "one household one water meter" installation and water meter level position installation form in details are introduced.A detailed analysis on its development trends and direction is carried out and it is pointed out that the "one household one water meter" installation will develop toward exposed wall and water meter room type level position installation. Finally, the charge way of IC card (TM Card) type and tele-metering water meter computer metering will be applied. This paper analyzes the hydraulic computation of "one household one water meter" and provides the hydraulic condition of "one household one water meter" installation.

Abstract:Application system generally refers to all kinds of computer information system. It aims at improving the sharing and application of the resource. The resource in application system usually means data resource. For computer management and maintenance, there are not only data resource, but also program resource and network resource. Effective management of this resource is key to ensure proper work of the application system. In this paper, the basic pattern and policy for resource management is put forward and a method to build and realize the resource layer that lies between database layer and application layer is to be found. This management layer, which skillfully connects the application system with resource and establishes good base for application and exploitation of system, is named as resource management system.

Abstract:Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) is a new technology in wastewater treatment, using membrane to enhance biological-chemical reaction. It has many advantages such as high efficiency and low sludge production rate. By analyzing the factor influencing MBR, a new submerged hybrid dynamic membrane bioreactor(HDMBR) is suggested and the characteristics of the new HDMBR from different viewpoints are expounded. It shows that this technology is a process of high efficiency and low consumption.

Abstract:In this paper, the suitable conditions of using constant speed pumps, variable speed pumps or combination of both in the secondary pump station of water works are analyzed. Then, from the point view of energy saving and based on the principle of high efficiency operation, the method for selecting pumps in the secondary pump station of water works is provided. Abstract:The chemical composition and form of impurities in titanium gypsum and their effects on properties of cement were introduced when used as set retarder for Portland cement. Experimental results show that the impurities are mainly Fe (OH)_3, FeSO_4 and Al(OH)_3, and they may do little effect to Portland cement. The properties of cement with titanium gypsum are similar to those of Portland cement with natural gypsum,

Abstract:In conjunction with the current situation of the real estate market in China, the main influence caused by the credit and loan adjustment policy is analyzed. On this basis, it has proposed some suggestions on how to strengthen the competitiveness and ability to resist risk of the real estate enterprise. At the end, it is emphasized, that the credit and loan adjustment policy not only makes the enterprise under enormous pressure, but provides a great opportunity of reducing rivals and expanding its own scale to those really powerful real estate enterprises. The real estate enterprise should seize this opportunity to meet the challenge to expand and strengthen itself.

Abstract:The environmental quality problems of construction engineering are endangering the existence and sustainable development of human beings, so their treatment is becoming common understanding of all levels of governments and the public. In this paper, the forming course and affecting factors of environmental quality and main symptoms of its problems are analyzed from the definition of environmental quality in construction engineering. Then, the essence of the problem is revealed, that is comprehensive abilities for quality activities and their results can't meet the regulated requirements. Abstract:In this paper the concept and active impaction on economy of timeshare were introduced. According to supply, demand and basic condition, developing timeshare estate were provided with basic condition in China. Analyzing the history of timeshare we can get the conclusion that it was unused real estate to startup the timeshare and so the development of timeshare in China have partly active effect. At last, in this paper the policy risk, consumption anticipation risk, lack of demand risk, product design risk, market orientation risk, system management risk, competition risk, internationalization risk, and market impression risk were analyzed except the market risk, business risk and polity risk and so on which were the common risks of real estate. And the countermeasure and measure how to promoting the development of timeshare estate were put forward.

Abstract:Through analysis of basic assumptions and limitations of the conventional real estate investment decision method, in this paper, its unconformity to the investment environment, which includes a great number of uncertain elements, is pointed out. By analyzing the real option and the price formula, the pattern of real option in real estate investment decision is put forward and this breaks through the limitations of the conventional investment decision method and makes the decision scientifically and reasonably, moreover, it has some directive significance to investment administration work of real estate corporation.

Abstract:According to the indiscernibility relation, in this paper, the concept of indiscernibility matrix is proposed and the relation between discernibility matrix and indiscernibility matrix is shown. The advantage of indiscernibility matrix is pointed out. Then, an attribute reduction algorithm based on indiscernibility matrix is introduced. Compared with discernibility matrix algorithm, this algorithm greatly reduces running time and memory space.

Abstract:As a single system of evaluation, both neural network (NN) and traditional expert system (ES) have many limitations. Developing evaluation system integrating NN with ES is an available way to offset their weakness. With black-box module, a new frame of evaluation system is developed in relative independent method. Then, a way of programming and realizing evaluation system, which is more close to human thinking, is put forward.

Abstract:The wastewater treatment plant with design capacity of 300 cubic meters per day was constructed to treat the hospital wastewater by hydrolytic acidification and jet aeration process for some hospital in Chongqing City. When the inflow wastewater concentration is 67.0 mg/L, 152.9 mg/L, 221.5 mg/L and 21.7 mg/L for BOD_5, COD_(cr), SS and NH_3-N respectively, the obtained effluent will be good enough to meet the requirement of Class I in the integrated wastewater discharge standard GB8978-1996.
