Abstract:The authors suggest that the land storage system is beneficial not only to strengthen the country's macroscopic regulation of city land market, accelerate healthy development of city economy and increase the financial income, it can also be advantageous to carry out the economic reform and public facilities construction without a hitch. On the basis of this, in this paper, the increment of the land price and house price as well as the high risk of fund due to lack of related laws is analyzed. Corresponding legal regulations, such as polishing the legislation of land right, implementing the land utilization planning, reinforcing the legislation of city development, land requisition and countryside residential land administration are put forward.

Abstract:The living environment is becoming more and more important,one of the main elements which affect it is noises.This paper takes the Zhonghuafang for example,to research how the whole planning and the designing for the living district affect the control of noises.Applying architectural technology,in order to cut down noises,a sound screen around the site is made and the distinctive constitution for the buildings is designed.The methods of disposing noises are proposed to make sure that the residents of the advanced living district are content with the living environment.

Abstract:People are paying more and more attention to the design of urban public space. What kind of public space is needed is an important problem to be probed into. In this paper, the rationality of the design of urban public space is discussed. The demand of human activities to the public space and the design method with considering the human beings, human activities and the public space are emphasized. It is pointed out that the public space will lose its meaning without the activities and spirits of human beings.

Abstract:After completion of Three Gorges Reservoir at Yangtze River, protecting and improving the ecological environment of this area is becoming increasingly important factor in comprehensive progress of the economy and society of Chongqing City. The industrial solid wastes are one of the crucial factors influencing the environment quality of Three Gorges Area and they are also the hot and difficult problems influencing the development of economy and society of Chongqing City. At this point, firstly, the discharge, present situation, prospect and development of treatment and utilization of industrial wastes in Chongqing are summarized. Secondly, the experience at home and abroad are analyzed. Then, the way and foreground for recycling the wastes with new technology are also discussed. Finally, countermeasure for treatment and utilization of industrial solid wastes after completion of Three Gorges Reservoir at Yangtze River is brought up. The study on treatment and utilization technology of industrial solid wastes will be beneficial not only to the protection of ecological environment of Three Gorges Area, but to the development of new Chongqing City as well. In a word, it will have great environmental, social and economic benefits.

Abstract:Introduced by a seminar about minimalism in art and architecture, and based on the comparative research under multi-dimension, in this paper, the genesis of minimalism in architecture is retraced, its design principles are deeply explored and its design features as well as inspirations for architecture design in China are summarized through some cases study related to minimalism. At the end, it points out that the minimalism in architecture is a feasible way in the multi-direction architecture designs.

Abstract:The natural ventilation is a technical means adopted widely in energy conservation building. According to the theory of natural ventilation, it can be divided into some forms including the natural ventilation by wind pressure, by different pressure in temperature, by combination of both and mechanically supplementary ventilation. In this paper, the theory of natural ventilation is analyzed with examples, then, the theory of double layer enclosure and the natural ventilation in high-rise building are discussed.

Abstract:Ecosystem services imply the natural environmental conditions and their effectiveness formed and sustained by ecosystems and ecological processes. From the view of city planning, in this paper, the evolution of the conception of ecological service-value and the relationship between the ecological service-value and city planning are reviewed. At the same time, it raised a conception about ecological space service value and negative ecological effect and an innovation proposal on city planning is presented.

Abstract:The calligraphy art as China traditional essence and the traditional garden art as a unique style in the architecture history of the world, both of them are synthetic arts and tend to be closely combined with other category of arts. In more or less degree, they take advantages of other arts for reference or use these advantages for enriching their own contents and strengthening their artistic appeal. In this paper, the relationship between the calligraphy and the garden art is analyzed. At the same time, the cultural origins and artistic thoughts of the Chinese garden (Suzhou garden as example) and the calligraphy are studied to search the common regulation and find the deep cultural contents, then the connection between them is revealed. At last, it is hoped, that the research will give some enlightening to inheritance and development of the traditional garden culture.

Abstract:In this paper, based on the discussion of orthogonal decomposition method for the buckling mode of unsymmetrical structure, taking the variable-section beam-column as an example, a simple and direct method of the second order analysis is presented. In the new method, the conception of enlargement coefficient brought forward by Timoshenko is developed. To begin with the curvature of the variable-section beam-column, the linear equations are set up. With their solution, a group of orthogonal buckling mode can be obtained. The primary deflection can be decomposed to a group of homomorphic deflection similar to buckling mode. Then, the group of deflection is multiplied by corresponding enlargement coefficient and plus the result, finally, the second-order total deflection can be obtained.

Abstract:Combining the Mindlin elastic displacement solution with the elementary theory of finite element, in this paper, the shear stress distribution of pressure-dispersive anchor is calculated. Its work performances were compared with those of tensile anchor. According to the in-situ pull-out test of pressure-dispersive anchors in weak rock stratums, it is proven that the bearing capacity of pressure-dispersive anchor increases rather evidently than that of tensile anchor under the same condition and the effect of spacing between load-supporting bodies on the bearing capacity of pressure-dispersive anchor is analyzed. The analysis results of this paper can offer some references to the engineering application of this new type of anchor in the future.

Abstract:The conception and calculation formula on torsion-warping stability function is brought forward and the torsion-warping tangent stiffness matrix of bi-axisymmetric open thin wall and lightweight beam-column element is derived for the first time, based on torsion-warping stability interpolation function. At the same time, the spatial geometric tangent stiffness matrixes for beam-column element of lightweight steel structure based on tension-compression and torsion warping stability interpolation function are presented as well.

Abstract:The foundation pit deformation of a commercial building in Hangzhou is calculated by using calculation method related to foundation pit deformation. The calculation results by m method show that the maximum deformation is 29.2mm and the real maximum deformation is 174.6mm. The deformation character obtained by foundation coefficient method is different from the real deformation. There are lots of factors influencing foundation deformation. According to practical engineering condition, in this study, the influencing factors for soil parameters, bracing condition, condition for insertion of retaining wall into soil and construction speed are determined. The calculation method used is analyzed and modified. Finally, a useful and valid method for calculating foundation deformation is presented, by which the foundation pit deformation in practical project can be forecasted and analyzed.

Abstract:The objective function of minimum cost is established for double layer torsional reticulated shell, taking the rise-span ratio, grid size and shell thickness as design variables. Based on the exhaustion and 0.618 methods, the computing program LSD has been developed. For the double layer torsional reticulated shell with the span of 50 m to 80m, the optimal grid size and thickness have been obtained for systems of light roof materials with different spans. Empirical formulas are deduced from the results.

Abstract:Based on structure analysis software ANSYS, a non-linear complete-process analysis of stability behavior of single-layer latticed domes with different span and different rise-span ratio and different section is carried out. The effect of unsymmetrical loading distribution to the stability behavior of single layer latticed domes with various parameters is also analyzed. Some important conclusions are acquired and can be used as guidance to engineering design.

Abstract:At present, there is no definite quality standard for fair-faced concrete in civil engineering. Because the contractors are different in technique level and the fair-faced concrete construction is more complex than common concrete one and ease to cause defect. In this paper, the quality defect of fair-faced concrete is introduced and some pre-control methods from some aspects, including raw materials of concrete, casting, maintenance, steel bar cutting, formwork jointing treatment, defect mending, finished product protection and so on are presented.

Abstract:This paper introduces the theoretical basis and application method for heat transfer model of buried tube (pipe in pipe and U- type) heat exchanger for ground source heat pump, and a practical example is calculated. Then, the calculation results are analyzed and discussed. In particular, the correlation coefficient and calculation method of tube group exchanger is discussed; the method for determining known parameter and some basic data for main procedure GSHP.HTM is analyzed. The calculation formula and data sampling for JSW.HTM subroutine is introduced. At last, the problems in application of calculation procedure, to which should pay attention, are discussed.

Abstract:House Bank" is a new mode of house tenancy, in which the rent income in free-rent period is the primary revenue source. The rent income in free-rent period mainly depends on values of house rent and free-rent period and leasing house quantity. In this paper, the rule of in-and-out house quantity variation in a given period is analyzed. It demonstrates that the probability of in-and out quantity of house in a period meets the four characters of Poisson distribution and consequently this probability meets the Poisson distribution. Based on the characters of Poisson distribution, in this paper, the rent revenue of "House Bank" is analyzed and the way to find reasonable free-rent period is discussed.

Abstract:The Tendering and Bidding Law" states that the bidder should not compete bidding through quoted price lower the cost, but it does not ascertain the meaning of the cost of building product. It is the purpose of this paper to ascertain the meaning of the building product cost. The calculation bases of both the social average product cost and of the enterprise individual product cost are analyzed and they are compared with each other. The authors point out that for some enterprise there is individual product cost lower the social average product cost. The function of design mechanism of bidding is revealing "private information" on "the lowest price". The purpose of carrying out bidding is introducing competition, reducing the cost for the owner and realizing the maximum yield. Both indicate the cost of building product, mentioned in "The Tendering and Bidding Law" should be the enterprise individual product cost.

Abstract:In this paper, the model of the maximum utility of profit margin of commercial banks under the credit risk and the interest risk is reformulated with full consideration of the profile of the losses of bad debts for the commercial banks. The influence of the requirement in the capital adequacy by the central bank to the commercial banks on bank's yields is studied.Analysis shows that considering the risk loss and risk cost of the commercial bank,enhancing the capital adequacy to commercial bank will increase margin profit of commercial bank with decreasing absolute risk avoidance under the Ross concep.

Abstract:In this paper, the problems of bringing natural resources and environmental condition into accounting are discussed and lay emphasis on object measurement, imaging and disclosure in accounting report of environmental accounting. The author suggests that the environmental accounting is the necessary production of global economy for sustainable development in modern society; it is also a new ecological accounting subject formed by the result of environmental economies and accounting penetrating into each other. Abstract:A. A. Markov Rolling Forecast Method is presented in this paper according to the dynamic characteristics of the estate business system. Test results reveal that the system quantitative forecast could be realized on the basis of previous samples, which provide a direction of the rational management in estate business. Concerning sample molding analysis and Markov Rolling Forecast Method, this paper gives a corresponding conclusion of analytic research quantitatively in order to demonstrate the formation of factors working in estate business activities and its systematic logistic connotation. Markov Rolling Forecast Method can be applied not only to short-term prediction but long term one as well, provided when the market is rather stable with no significant change during a regular period of time and when the rolling times of the state transition matrix are fairly enough.

Abstract:Autogenous relative humidity (ARH) reduction and autogenous shrinkage (AS) due to self-desiccation are common phenomena in high performance or high-strength concrete, which are the main reasons resulting in cracking of concrete at early ages. In this paper, the effects of the ratio of water to cementitious material (w/cm), paste volume content and the combined addition of silica fume (SF) and ground blast furnace slag (GBFS) on ARH change and AS of concrete due to self-desiccation were studied, and their relationship was discussed. The results indicate that the w/cm is a main factor affecting ARH change and AS of concrete. With the reduction of w/cm, ARH change and AS of concrete increases. The combined addition of SF and GBFS also augments these properties at later ages. There is significant linear correlation between ARH change and AS of concrete with different w/cm, paste volume content and the combined addition of SF and GBFS.

Abstract:The adjusting operation for Yucheng wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) is introduced. In this paper, the problems during the course of testing operation from the starting condition of bacterium tamed, the installation of equipment and the hydraulic flow performance etc. are analyzed and discussed. Based on abovementioned, it is pointed out that there is some adjusting operational experience suit for middle-small town WWTP facing with bigger fluctuation of influent quantity and higher impact load.

Then the main types, basic content and key points for abstract are introduced. It indicates that the abstract in English is a "bridge" in international academic communication and it should be written in conformity to the standard to be convenient for entering the international retrieval system and for widely academic communication.
