Abstract:In this paper, three fundamental principles of city planning under the present system are brought forward: the integration of urban design and city planning, the double attributes and position of the urban design and the correspondence between the urban design and the city planning in levels. Therefore, according to the different circumstances, three functioning ways for the urban design in the practice of plan making are put forward: to put the urban design into the system of city planning, to work out the urban design as a research work and then make use of its achievement in the work of plan making, and to regard the urban design as a specialized work of city planning.

Abstract:In this paper, the space origin and space types of the cliff-side Buddhist hall are discussed. With quite a few examples, the space character and space arrangement of the cliff-side Buddhist hall in Ba-shu area are inquired with multi aspects such as the line of sight, scale, lighting and inner and outer flow of the space.

Abstract:In this paper, how to apply the pith of the Chinese traditional philosophy to landscape garden design in real estate developing project is discussed with emphasis on applying the harmonious and integrating philosophy idea of "unity of the heaven and human beings" to landscape garden design. At the same time, some problems of landscape garden design in real estate developing project nowadays are analyzed.

Abstract:In this paper, the calculation of the space deformation of thin-walled element by "dynamic coordinate method" is explained in detail through an example. The thin-walled element with different shear-centers on one section is analyzed and calculated by this method as well, then, the element flexibility matrix is presented. Some difficulties in calculation of thin-walled structures with "plane bending theory" and "constrict twist theory" are overcome, showing the advantages of this method.

Abstract:Through analyzing the calculation of vertical bearing capacity of rock-socketed pile given in technical code for building pile foundations, some unreasonable issues in the code were found. At the same time, based on the contacting ways between the pile and the rock and the behaviors of force transfer acted step by step, the unreasonable issues have been proved and the issues to be improved were pointed out in this paper.

Abstract:Based on the existed stress-strain curve of concrete prism under one-off short-term load and the concrete creep model, a new time-effect model for evaluation of concrete compressive strength is established through the synthesis of the concrete creep attenuating effect under sustained load and the concrete strength enhancing effect by age, a corresponding computer program has been developed. The computation of related indices and their change rules of several different-grade concrete materials with the program was carried out and the results were compared with experimental data and finite element numerical results reported in the literature, the reasonableness and practicality of the proposed new model have been verified.

Abstract:The double layer subgrade with rigid upper layer and soft lower layer is common in engineering construction. In this paper, the elastic and elasto-plastic analysis on such subgrade by ANSYS was carried out. According to the calculation results of FEM, the plastic zone of subgrade would appear in the upper layer soil of interface, then, it would be expanded up and down with increase of the load. As for the lower layer soil is relatively soft, the plastic zone is expanding rapidly. Finally, as the plastic zone reaches the bottom and the subgrade in the state of ultimate bearing capacity, the calculation starts to be non-convergent. The results can serve as reference to the engineering designers.

Abstract:The mechanism of shrinkage cracking is discussed with a simple member, which is fully restrained and subjected only to an axial restraining force caused by shrinkage, while a simple procedure is presented for the determination of the number and spacing of the cracks and the average crack width. With the simple model, some examples are shown to compare the provisions for minimum shrinkage and temperature reinforcement in GB 50010-2002 Code, ACI 318-02 Code and AS 3600-1988 Code. The results show that the provisions in GB 50010-2002 Code are too weak in comparison with the others. Finally, some recommendations are proposed.

Abstract:The process of designing the common slope pile-anchor retaining structure in Chongqing is analyzed, the finite element method is applied to calculate the force of the structure and design the anchor bar, pile and holding sheet. The CAD system is developed including fore-process, post-process, calculation of the structure and drawing by computer in order to make the designing of slope pile-anchor retaining structure more quickly, more economical and convenient. It has been applied in practice of the slope engineering with a good result.

Abstract:In this paper, a model has been set up and S function of input excitation is used to simulate the dynamic performance of the hoist mechanism of a crane driven by asynchronous motor. A comparison is given between different displacements and dynamical load responses obtained by different input excitations.

Abstract:By performing experiments on the side channel solid-liquid separator in integrated oxidation ditch at Shishui,Shandong Province,the effect of solid-liquid separation and sludge recycle is examed.Additionally,according to the mechanism of sludge recycle,the modified measure with bump was provided to improve the effect of soli-liquid separation.All studied can serve as references to making better use of solid-liquid separator in wastewater treatment project.

Abstract:The liquid sludge water is produced from coagulation/filtration units and filtration operation of water treatment plant. The utilization of liquid sludge water from water treatment plant is an efficient way to save water resource. The potential problems in recycling the liquid sludge water are discussed in this paper from the aspects of its biological, physical and chemical properties. The microbiological safety of filtered water can be improved by recycling the liquid sludge water after coagulation and sedimentation or membrane filtration pretreatment. The status of utilization of the liquid sludge water at home and abroad is presented as well.

Abstract:通过进行生物絮凝吸附技术处理城市污水试验,着重讨论该技术在中、低污泥负荷条件下,水温10~14℃、pH6.4~6.7、水力停留时间1.5h、溶解氧2.0mg·L-1、污泥负荷0.55~0.10kgBOD5/kgMLSS·d时对BOD5、COD、SS的去除率;高污泥负荷条件下,水温11~29℃、pH5.8~6.4时影响COD、SS等污染物去除率的因素以及在根据回归正交试验所得水力停留时间、污泥负荷、溶解氧三因素推荐组合水平参数条件下高污泥负荷的运行效果。

Abstract:The network model for room temperature and its implicit differential equation are discussed in this paper. The example verification and experimental study were carried out for the prediction of the room temperature in the software of predicting the properties of smoke flow. The results show that the results of example computation are similar to those obtained by similar software in Japan. The results of computation by the software tally with the experimental ones and accord with the law of development and change of room temperature during the fire.

Abstract:In this paper the effect of the components of VAE latex modified cementitious waterproofing coating on its properties is studied. The results show that the tensile strength, bond strength and water resistance of the compound water proofing coating increase greatly in comparison with those of the coating without addition of cement. This compound coating is a new type of waterproofing material with excellent performance.

Abstract:The grading of lightweight aggregate (LA) and its water content has an effect on the plastic shrinkage cracking of lightweight aggregate concrete (LWAC). Test results show that the water absorption of LA and the water evaporation of the concrete increased with the increment of cubage of LA, but the area of plastic shrinkage cracking of LWAC decreased. Besides, LA with high water content is beneficial to restraining the plastic shrinkage cracking of LWAC.

Abstract:The retarding effect of retardants in building gypsum depend on many factors such as pH value.Fineness of gypsum particles,gypsum type,water/gypsum ratio and hydration temperature.In this paper, the influence of pH value, fineness and sort of gypsum on the effect of retarders are studied. Results show that for the gypsum with different pH value, fineness and of different sort, the effects of retarders on its setting time and strength are different.

Abstract:In this paper starting with characteristics of real estate industy,the mechanism of fonmation of the real estate economy bubble is explained with real cases,and the regional characteristics are interpreted through analyzing the average sale price of commodity house in cities as Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai and Hainan province and the whole country from 1987 to 2001.In the end of the paper,the author concluded that the regional characteristics of real estate economy bubble are decided by such characteristics as non-fluidity of the product,diversity,venture capital and market region.So the government should not only inspect and manage macroscopically the economy bubble but also control the regional economy bubble,which will ensure the steady development of the whole industry and prevent the systematic influence on the macro economy resulting from bursting of the regional economy bubble.

Abstract:As far as the urban land structure is mentioned, it means the distribution of urban land among the different industries of the city. The problem of urban land structure is referred as unreasonable allocation of urban land caused by several factors, including the decision making mechanism of old economy and urban development policies. Different from using Fractal theory, Entropy theory and Functional theory, in this paper, with reference to Dissipative Structure Theory, one dynamic, systematic and historical optimization model of Max f(J_i, X_i) with two parameters of J_i and X_i will mainly be set up. This model can be used for analyzing the key factors determining the optimization of urban land structure.

Abstract:The sustainable development of a town is a comprehensive concept often considered in terms of several aspects such as economical, environmental, ecological, social and cultural. In this paper, the index system for sustainable development of a town is set up from three aspects: economical, social life and resource and environment, taking account of the situation in China. Finally, a pilot study is carried out with a town in Chongqing as an example, an evaluation system of sustainable development is developed for efficient and accurate evaluation of the development of a town.

Abstract:Based on the differential scheme,presents a numerical method of pricing for American put options.Firstly,the partial differential equation satisfied by the option price is transformed into a series of differential equations.Then,these differential equations are solved by the iterative method.The numerical method includes the implicit finite difference method and the explicit finite difference method and these two methods are compared.Finally,a numerical example is given and the validity of the algorithm is checked by a series of experiments.Some useful results are obtained for its application in the option markets.

Abstract:In recent 30 years, the asset-backed securization is one of the most important innovations in the international finance field. It promotes the quick development of the capital market. Abstract:At present, the construction market in China lies in some disordered condition and there are lots of unlawful cases, contract with own capital is one of them. In this paper, the conception of contract with own capital is defined and its harmness is analyzed. Then, four forms of contract with own capital in the real life are introduced. At the same time, the reason why it is unable to be forbidden in China is analyzed. In the end, the authors put forward their suggestions.
