Abstract:City residential structure is the main aspect of city spatial structure and in western countries it has been experienced three phases: centripetal collection, centrifugal pervasion and organic collection.From the viewpoint of historical development, the evolvement of residential structure in China can be summarized in three phases: archaic city, neoteric city and modern city.The character of city residential structure is different at different times.However, the residential sub-urbanization and the residential redistribution are the two central forms of the evolvement of residential structure in the modern city.

Abstract:The rural urbanization process in Chongqing is much slower than that in other metropolitans and most of the provinces in eastern China, which can't adapt to its important function as the economic and cultural center in southwestern China.It is urgent for Chongqing to accelerate the rural urbanization for improving its whole urbanization level and speeding up its economy development to catch up with other metropolitans and some advanced provinces.Compared with the urbanization in other metropolitans and some provinces, the authors demonstrated the rural urbanization situation and its characteristics in Chongqing in details, analyzed the reasons for the poor urbanization and its influences on the social-economic development especially that in the rural area.Inferior position of Chongqing's small towns in the market competition with those from other provinces is one of the results of its poor urbanization development.At last, the authors suggested a few practical countermeasures to improve the rural urbanization in order to get a rapid and sustainable rural development and to increase the whole economic effects of the metropolitan.

Abstract:The mountainous towns in Sichuan and Chongqing lie in mountainous region. During long-term practice, the people living there created a town form full of mountainous characteristics, such as highly multiple, multidimensional and intensive town form with a triune from town, building and terra. In this paper, the traditional form characteristics of mountainous towns are studied offering historical reference for planning and building mountainous towns of Sichuan and Chongqing full of mountainous characteristics in new century.

Abstract:Integrated with the study on Chengdu space developing strategy, in this paper, the problem about Chengdu water resource is analyzed and it is concluded that the Chengdu water resource has comparative advantage and can support its great development.But the construction mode must be observed.On the microscopic layer, the water resource was deteriorated in Chengdu City.A fundamental of gradual eco-construction is suggested, which is adapted to the city space construction.The key of the city eco-construction is the coordination of water resource with the city development.

Abstract:Since Qing dynasty, about 10 churches have been built in Chongqing by the western missionaries and most of them have been built on the specific slopes.In this paper, referring to investigation on the three churches in geography environment and appearance character, the characteristics of the location for western churches in religion, society and humanity are investigated.The characteristics of these churches in the mountain environment are analyzed.

Abstract:In this paper, comparing the bending-twisting model with the tension-bending one, the critical moment of the thin-walled beams under unequal end moment is derived easily by the improved CDC (column deflection curve) method based on the increment interaction equations of beam-columns.A simplified formula is presented and the calculated results show a good agreement with the numerical ones.

Abstract:For prestressed frames, the axial compression ratio will affect not only the ductility of structures but also the structural internal force.Based on the computer-calculation for four groups of 24 prestressed frames combined with the references, in this paper, the effects of axial compression ratio on the prestressed frames are studied and discussed through three aspects: the second-order effect, the axial deformation of frame-columns and the comparison with ordinary concrete frames.The study results show that the effects of axial compression ratio on the prestressed frames and the ordinary concrete frames are basically consistent, but there are some self-born characteristics.As a whole, the effect of axial compression ratio on the prestressed frames is more notable than that on the ordinary concrete frames, but under common situation the effect is small.

Abstract:The temperature of hot asphalt mixture and environment has a significant effect on the quality of asphalt pavement while paving.Influenced by various kinds of factors, the temperature of the hot asphalt mixture and environment are complicate and changeable while paving.The temperature of different space and time around asphalt pavement are measured while paving hot asphalt mixture on Hou-Yun expressway.The space-time distribution characteristics of temperature field while paving through analysis are given.

Abstract:In this paper, the procedure of single-point and multiple-time ramming for loess is simulated using the finite element method.The graph about the distribution of stress, displacement and pressure in the foundation during dynamic consolidation are provided in a sample with Han-chang expressway as an engineering background.The computational results obtained are compared with the data measured in the consolidation site.An effective path to simulate the consolidation mechanism precisely is provided.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the internal force of statically indeterminate prestressed and reinforced concrete bar system structures is difficut to determine when the structures come to the non-elastic state, a simple analysis method of experimental structures' internal force-sectioned dropping rigidity method is brought forward.In this method, according to the loading state of bars, the bars are divided into limited segments by the level of rigidity dropping, and the relative level of each segment is enacted; then the dropping modulus of each segment rigidity will be found by debugging time after time, and the checking point is the key distortion which was gained from the experiment; it is considered that the internal force which is calculated by elasticity analysis at the dropped rigidity can reflect the real internal force of the structures.It is basically proved that the method, which is brought forward in this paper, is effective by comparing its results with those from the experiment of a large size prestressed frame of two spans and single floor, of which the internal force redistribution is considered.

Abstract:用富集-分离-筛选的方法从花园土壤中分离纯化得到两株具有较高絮凝活性的絮凝剂产生菌。通过研究2B菌株在不同培养时间的生长情况、培养液中pH值变化情况及絮凝活性等,从而得出絮凝活性与菌生长量成正相关,且该菌产生的絮凝剂对高岭土悬浊液具有较高的絮凝活性和稳定性。环境因素对絮凝剂产生的影响研究表明,2B菌株产絮凝剂的最佳培养基为查氏培养基;菌产絮凝剂的最佳培养条件:初始pH值为7~9,培养温度30℃,培养时间为72h,通气量为150r/min。研究表明,2B菌株所产絮凝剂絮凝高岭土悬浊液的最适宜pH在大于7的偏碱性条件下,Ca^2 、Mg^2 和Al^3 等金属离子对其絮凝具有促进作用,絮凝率可高达94.6%。

Abstract:The application of Fluorescence In-situ Hybridization (FISH) to research of biological removal of nitrogen and phosphorous from wastewater was discussed after a brief introduction of its principal theory.Though there exists close relationship between macroscopical performance of biological removal of nitrogen and phosphorous and the state of microorganism, the sort, quantity and structure of microbes inside the wastewater treating system had not been well understood yet because of lack of proper examining technology.The research shows that FISH can provide an excellent examining method for identification and sub-classification of polyphosphate accumulating organisms (PAO) and nitrifying bacteria.Moreover, the combination of FISH with other methods such as polymerase chain reaction (PCR) can make it more powerful.

Abstract:In this paper, the Environment Influence Assessment (EIA) characteristics of real estate are analyzed and the application of residential environmental adaptability to the EIA of real estate is mentioned.The assessment index system of residential environmental adaptability and the method of assessment are submitted, which can be used to guide the EIA of real estate in order to create a suitable residential environment and improve the living standard.

Abstract:On the assumption that the runoff on the catchment of each gully flows into the gully itself, in this paper, a model of surface storm-water runoff at urban gully is presented, which includes runoff sub-model and concentration sub-model.The runoff sub-model describes the rainfall event with instantaneous rainfall intensity, the runoff-generated event with runoff coefficient of integrative area and the runoff converged event with the principle of equal time of flowage.The concentration sub-model shows that the pollutant concentration event only changes with the runoff event at the gully.In this paper, the concrete form of the model for two gully inlets in Shapingba District of Chongqing is given.The model is calibrated with the data from the synchronized measurements of water quantity and quality at the two gully inlets obtained from July to September 2000.The relative error is calculated by comparing the model predictions with the field-measured results.

Abstract:In this paper, the low-temperature plasma was applied to treat the surface of the fibers.The results show that the surface energy of the treated fibers increases greatly so that the fibers can be wetted very well by resin and the adhesion strength of the treated fibers to resin increases significantly.The mechanical characteristics of the PE composites are improved by the surface treatment of the fibers.In this paper, the mechanism of treatment has been discussed.The varieties of polar oxygen containing groups produced in the surface layer which form chemical bonding and the plasma etched pits spreading all over the surface of the treated fibers into which the resin penetrates to form the mechanical interlacing between fibers are the two reasons for the improvement.

Abstract:By extending the period of housing mortgage loan, the burden of monthly payment of housing buyers, the interest rate risk of monthly payment and of total interest payment increase.In this paper, the main factors influencing the monthly payment and its characteristics are analyzed.It is pointed out that the housing buyers should weigh up whether to lighten the burden of monthly payment or to increase interest rate risk while choosing the loan amounts and load period.

Abstract:Engineering Construction Compulsive Items are statutory, which differ from generic standards and must be implemented strictly.Engineering Construction Compulsive Items (Building) of version 2002 put into practice from Jan.1st, 2003.The number of the compulsive items has been cut down from 150 000 to 1 447.Meanwhile, the content of description has been simplified as well.How to carry out the compulsive items effectively under the condition mentioned above in order to guarantee safety and quality of projects is a problem worth studying.In this paper, the issues of items for implementation are summarized and discussed on the basis of supervision practice.

Abstract:The society-economy-environment appraisal for construction project can help our government to control macro-economy, make correlation policy and formulate laws and draw up city plan.It has great influence on the sustainable development of our society and it is the demand of the law for the environment evaluation in China.This paper introduced the basic structure of society-economy-environment appraisal system for construction project and the thought of elements transaction.Using the method of AHP, the model of project analyzing and optimizing selection is designed.For the more, the methods of the optimizing models on the selected schemes are put forward.Finally, the integrative analysis has been made on the system design and appliance of this appraisal system.

Abstract:The tendering and bidding of engineering construction is a means, which makes use of the function of market mechanism to carry on or transmit the project.It has a history over one hundred years abroad, but it is used in China with great force only twenty years.Because actualizing construction tendering and bidding goes with the reform of market mechanism, the fashion of construction tendering and bidding in China is different from that customarily used internationally and there are many differences in means and procedures.In this paper, beginning with the theory of tendering and bidding, the premises of the first-price-sealed tendering and the current condition of China are compared and the means and development objects of tendering in the period of national economy transition are discussed.Finally, some problems and strategies to the problems of the mold of tendering of bill quantity of construction works are discussed.

Abstract:In this paper, the seismic isolation design of a brick masonry residence building in Liyang City is described.The aseismic behavior of the isolated building under earthquake is studied with time history analysis method.The calculation results show that the isolated building has excellent aseismic behavior and keeps elastic state under seldom occurred earthquake.

Abstract:In this paper, the new development of nitrogen and phosphorus removal by bio-filter in home and abroad is summarized.The factors influencing the nitrification-de-nitrification, nitration-denitration, phosphorous removal and simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal in bio-filter reactor are reviewed.It is pointed out that further improving the operation, enhancing the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal and advancing the process of bio-filter is the aim of study in the future.
