Abstract:The relations between construction of Three Gorges Project and development of Wujiang River Basin are illustrated from three aspects. The importance of harmonious township development in Wujiang River Basin and Three Gorges Area is discussed and the strategies for harmonious development are proposed. Firstly, to promote the hydroelectric power development of the stream and accelerate the urbanization of Wujiang River Basin; next, establish rational urban system structure to realize the regional harmonious development within Three Gorges Area. Detailed proposition is given in this paper to establish the spatial relations between Wujiang River Basin and Three Gorges Area and further suggestion is put forward to perform research on urbanization and urban systems in these areas.

Abstract:Both the sculpture and architecture belong to plastic art. They involve three-dimensionality, space and object. Connecting the two arts, the sculpture style of buildings shows a special kind of beauty. In this paper, mainly four aspects of how to create the sculptural beauty of buildings are analyzed: repeating and changing gradually; contrasting and omitting; destructing and rebuilding; lighting sense and moving sense.

Abstract:The laggard status of rural human settlement environment of mountain region in Yunnan Province affected the balanced development between city and countryside, so accelerating its construction is the urgent need of rural development. In this paper, the characteristics and realistic influence of traditional pattern of rural human settlement environment construction in Yunnan mountain region are expounded. Moreover, it puts forward the construction pattern, which depends on the development of small towns by analyzing the connection among natural environment characteristics, society and economy innovation and the pattern of human settlement environment construction. At last, several advices are brought forward for the actual action of rural human settlement environment construction in future.

Abstract:As a great important element of urban landscape, the architectural color reflects the history, features and cultural tradition of an area. It also has a great effect on the creativity of architecture and urban culture. In this paper, the positive and negative effects of architectural color design on protecting human culture and environment are analyzed. Abstract:Sichuan Province is an immigration society and the town Luodai is a "clean territory" of Hakka immigrants with specific immigrant character. The material forms reflected in residential buildings are quite different from the forms in other areas and the mental forms mainly expressed in the club buildings as gathering places for immigrants from various provinces, which are the most representative symbol for the immigration society of Luodai and the Hakka immigrants' spiritual home under new circumstances.

Abstract:By the way of experiment and analysis of two "one story and one bay" reinforced concrete frames, namely a "beam with weaker column" frame and a "column with equally strong beam" frame, the features of internal force redistribution are investigated and an elementary comparison about bending moment redistribution of three kinds of frames namely the "column with weaker beam", "beam with weaker column" and "column with equally strong beam" is given. Through this comparison, the objective existence of such "three kinds of frame" is proven, the moment redistribution is different for each frame and for the moment modulation, the elastic moment diagram and the difference of the internal force redistribution in different frames should be considered together.

Abstract:The specific properties of soft clay are characterized by higher void ratio, lower permeability and higher compressibility, the consolidation settlement of soft clay is affected by the imposed stress history, the stress paths, the consolidation pressure and the soil properties. In this paper, the porous media theory based on the mixture theory was applied in the study on the consolidation settlement of soft clay, which was more rigorous than the conventional consolidation settlement theory and the coupling between soil and water can be taken into account in the analysis.

Abstract:It is generally considered that the seismic response of arched corrugated metal roof is not the control factor of structure design because of its light dead weight, but the wind-induced dynamic response on the structure is significant, so more attention must be paid to it. First, the wind simulation of the structure by AR model is carried out. Then, the TRANS method in the ANSYS is used to calculate the dynamic responses in time domain to compare the results with those in frequency domain in order to verify the validity of the two methods.

Abstract:In view of existing features of activated sludge process without primary sedimentation tank and the requirements on grit removing sedimentation tank,in this paper,two types of grit clarifier-horizontal and whirling one are suggested with consideration of grit removal efficiency for fine particle size during its design.Then,according to the sedimentation theory,the principle of grit removal,control of key technical parameters and type choice of grit discharge equipment are analyzed.It can serve as reference for the design of grit clarifier.

Abstract:A great quantity of heavy metal cause trouble when the sewage is used in agriculture as fertilizer. An experiment is carried out on green vitriol and sulfur as culture medium, different dosing ratio of the sewage sludge and inoculated or not the sewage sludge, the effect of heavy metal removal by microbe has been studied. It is shown that the microbes nursed under different environment have better effect on the heavy metal removal and the result of experiments is discussed.

Abstract:This paper focuses on the measures of rainwater and sewage shunting in Chongqing Changshengqiao sanitary landfill. The catchment area of this landfill is totally about 331700 square meters. If the rainwater blends with the sewage, the processing load of the leachate will increase greatly. Thus, the measures of rainwater and sewage shunting must be taken during solid waste filling. In this paper, the authors firstly analyze the measures of rainwater collection and drainage and establish the guideline of pumping assisted by draining. Furthermore, according to the practical situation of landfill, a detailed plan is set down for rainwater and sewage shunting. The effect is quite evident after implementation of the plan for half a year. The processing load of the leachate has been reduced largely. It is proven that the shunting measures are feasible.

Abstract:昆明站房高架候车厅长72.65m,宽39.4m,高8.85m。墙体四周设置大玻璃幕墙,屋顶设置采光带,夏季候车室存在过热的可能。通过PHOENICS软件对原设计情况及改进措施进行了数值试验,通过分析不同的四个方案得出:在屋顶增加通风口;取消采光带;加大东墙门口面积。为最好的推荐方案,并用PHOENICS模拟出候车室内的温度场、风场的变化情况,推荐方案既可达到良好的室内通风又能保证室内温度低于27℃,完全可以满足候车室内人员活动要求。

Abstract:Heat flow meter is an apparatus measuring the transfer of heat energy. In developed countries it is used in detection of energy consumption and safety system of electricity generation, steel making, chemical engineering and building heating and air-conditioning, but it is just a start for its application in China. The research of heat flow meter with own intellectual property is based on the urgent need of energy saving in China. The innovational research must be based on improvement of current technique. In this paper, the progress of heat flow meter is reviewed and the sort and principle of heat flow meter is introduced. The best feeler and the crucial technique of thermopile for heat flow meter in thermal resistance are selected. The disadvantage and ameliorative method is pointed out. At last, a Chinese patent is granted to the authors.

Abstract:As a long term stimulation mechanism, there is a need for the employee stock ownership in founding modern construction enterprises and the further improvement of stimulating and restricting system of the enterprises as well. Carrying out the employee stock ownership plan in the state-owned construction enterprises can bring together organically the labor connection of laborers and the capital connection of laborers and combine the employees with other owners into an interest community by means of property right. Thus, it will increase the concern of the employees over the long term development of the enterprises as well as their participation in the management. Therefore, it will set up inner power and supervision mechanism for the continuous development of the state-owned construction enterprises.

Abstract:In this paper, the historical reasons of formation of the village inside the city are analyzed. It is indicated that such situation for the villages inside the city are the result of joint action of both the villagers and the government. The foundation of villages inside the city laid on the simple compensation for farmers in confiscating the rural land and lack of intelligence aids. In this paper, the ideas and measures for their reconstruction are put forward based on consideration of the reasons of their formation and difficulties in the reconstruction.

Abstract:In dealing with the construction contract, to establish a contract is a result of judgment of facts, to be valid is a result of judgment of law and to come into force includes both above two. There is some close relation between subcontracting construction partly and general contracting, contract subcontracting, joint contract, but is different from subcontracting construction wholly in nature. The reasons, causing construction contract to be null and void, are various. In dealing with invalid ones, the clients should be claimed to undertake some responsibilities according to different conditions. These responsibilities involve relevant administrative responsibility in addition to civil responsibility such as reimbursement, compensation at a discount, restitution of damages and taking over the property.

Abstract:There is a conflict of the interests among the housebreaking householder, the developer and the government. In this paper, the different interests among the three sides are analyzed based on the city housebreaking management ordinance. It is suggested that taking intervention measures by the government to restrict the behavior of the developer and guarantee the interests of the weak parties to find a way out from the conflict.

This problem is concerned with the public property right and the balance between the efficiency and justice. The people pay much attention to that whether the problem of the housebreaking in the city is solved effectively and how to harmonize the relationship between the public interest and the private interest. A discussion about it is carried out in this paper. To keep the balance between efficiency and justice, some countermeasures about the housebreaking in the city are given.

Abstract:A method of constructing GPS-based positioning services system by means of JAVA technology is introduced in this paper. The position data, which are sent from GPS satellites, are received by GPS receiving terminal and are analyzed by mobile computing client developed on J2ME in accordance with the differential GPS algorithm. The client submits special position querying information to position server in way of wireless GPRS network. After computing and data querying, the server developed by J2EE returns results to the mobile device. Then, the mobile computing client displays the position map or carries out further processing. All of these form a highly precise location-based services system.

Abstract:The refined plastic-hinge method is one of the simplified advanced analysis methods. The second order effects of the whole structure and its members, geometric imperfections and residual stress as well as the feature of semi-rigid connections can be taken into account in this method. The refined plastic-hinge method can be used in advanced analysis and design of planar steel frames, while its use in the advanced analysis of space frames needs to be developed. The technique associated with the dealing of different inelastic factors in advanced analysis of both the planar and space steel frames with practical refined plastic-hinge method and the available way to extend planar frame analysis to space frame analysis are reviewed in detail. The problems of the refined plastic-hinge method for advanced analysis are discussed in this paper.
