Abstract:Urban land -use is closely related to urban development. A new trend and some problems in urban land- use appeared along with accelerated urbanization in China. The trend characterized with a large in- crease in the amount of urban land demand, the rise of the ratio of urban common land to total urban area and the elevation of urban land income. The problems mostly included a severe conflict between supply and demand of urban land, extensive land - use, a weak market - force in urban land resources allocation. Based on above analysis, the optimization countermeasures, which included intensive land - use, land - use structure optimization, exploitation of leave unused land in cities, and land - market construction, were put forward for promoting rational utilization of urban land and sustainable development of urban economy.

Abstract:By review of region study in recent development of history science, geography and Sciences of Human Settlements, this paper points out that material collecting without interrelated analyzing as well as focusing on main question and assumption without enough argumentation are main problems in this field now. The method renovation & combination with related subjects are discussed, this paper concludes that strengthen interdisciplinary study with Geography is a key issue in the future development of region study in Sciences of Human Settlements and possible approach to "technical development' and "humanity concern'.

Abstract:The modernization has been the dream that Chinese nation has wished eagerly to realize all the time. In some sense, the modernization of China means urbanization. The reform and opening - up over the past 20 years , built and made the enormous achievement in urbanization of China, have changed the appearance of the city of China greatly. But to numerous traditional historical zones, what kind of urbanization way should on earth be taken, it has been the question long - term in dispute of the planning circles all the time. In this paper, Ciqikou community of Chongqing as an example, doing some discussions from sociology on this question, the author hopes, that for such difficult problem, by this settlement a piece of breach can be found as soon as possible.

Abstract:With the attention to the comfort degree of living environment, the phenomenon of making use of the PMV -PPD index within the ISO7730 standard to evaluate the indoor thermal comfort degree is more and more widespread. Many papers about indoor thermal environment are based on the PMV - PPD index as the reference or basis to research and analyze. But few people understand and pay attention to the application range of the PMV - PPD index. So some people misuse and abuse the PMV index and deduce some inaccurate conclusions. In this thesis, based on the analysis of the process of deducing PMV equation, the phenomenon that PMV index is different from the fact in the high temperature condition is explained; furthermore the application range of the PMV equation is confirmed. So to obtain the scientific and reasonable evaluation and conclusion in the process of research of the thermal comfort degree can be ensured.

Abstract:Trend of aging has raised new requirements for Chinese city transportation system. Based on the sum-up of trip characteristics of elderly people, some adaptability problems of current transportation system were pointed out, concerning accessibility, transit reliability and comfort, walking environment, and barrier -free facility. Then, according to experience of foreign countries, some improvement suggestions were raised here, such as development of transit, construction of barrier - free facility, improvement of walking environment, and traffic safety education.

Abstract:Branch -like pipeline is a common structure in gas transmission pipeline. In the light of the constituent properties of natural gas branch - like pipeline system, the system can be divided into fundamental constituent units. This paper presents a realistic unsteady flow model consisting of simple models of pipeline units and connecting conditions, boundary conditions and initial condition associated with units by using system analysis method. The solutions in wide sense are obtained by theory of functional analysis and operator series method, Such a method has the properties of both analytical solution and numerical solution methods. When the divided pipeline unit is larger, an intuitive approximate analytical solution may be obtained; while the one is smaller, a more accurate numerical solution may be acquired. Based on this, a general computer program has been developed for this model and solutions have been used successfully in a local natural gas transmission network in Sichuan. It is proved that the model and algorithm proposed in this paper are of the advantages of convenient calculation, high precision, time saving and wide application range by way of analysis and application.

Abstract:Considering the complicated distribution of wind load on the surface of the tall building, the 1:300 scale model test of YingLi building is completed in the No.2 environment wind tunnel, which belongs to the State Key Lab of Environmental Engineering College, Beijing University. Based on the calculation and analysis of the test results, this paper discusses the coefficient of wind-induced vibration and shape coefficient of wind load , gives the maximum and minimum value of surface wind load, which can be used for the wind resistant design and insure the security of the building under 100 years return period wind load.

Abstract:The Effect of horizontal strengthened story to the seismic response of super high - rise steel braced frame is analyzed in this paper through the finite element software ANSYS. By comparison of six different schemes of a 32 - story building, further research is presented on the influence of the quantity of strengthened story to the lateral stiffness, the inner force of components under earthquake and the distribution of shear force among inner tube and outer frame. According to the study, the Wuhan International Securities Mansion, which is a super high -rise steel structure, is described as verification. The response of the building is analyzed in small earthquake. The study can serve as the references of super high - rise structure with horizontal strengthened story design.

Abstract:A nonlinear finite element analysis using ANSYS is applied to the vertical mechanical behaviors of three specimens of reinforced concrete transferring joints with inchned columns, which are used in high - rise buildings. A comparison is made between the analytical achievements and the test results, including the mechanical behaviors, load - transferring path and the failure modes, and a good agreement is obtained. The reliability of the software ANSYS in the nonlinear analysis of such reinforced concrete structures is verified and developed.

Abstract:Wind speed time series obtained with numerical simulation methods are adopted in structural analysis of wind - induced vibration. In this paper, based on the natural wind properties and the correlativity of nodal wind speed time series, AR model is employed to simulate wind speed time series, and the AIC rule is used to fix the rank of the AR model. Statistical analysis results of numerical wind speed time series show that AR model is efficient in simulating nodal wind speed time series which has time and space correlativity, and that the simulation precision, simulation efficiency and calculation stability answer the needs of practical engineering.

Abstract:An experimental study on consolidation and drainage of two gravels with different grading was carried out using high - pressure large - scale tri - axial testing facility. A concept of equivalent surrounding pressure is introduced. An analysis was carried out on the effect and mechanism of reinforcement, experimental surrounding pressure and soil properties. Results show that the reinforcement can improve the strength and failure strain of the material and delay the failure of the soil. The effect of reinforcement of soil - gravel depends on the surrounding pressure and weathering of the gravel.

Abstract:重庆市长生桥垃圾卫生填埋场总汇水面积331700m^2,如果在填埋过程中雨污混合,必将增大渗滤液处理量,因此,雨污分流是垃圾填埋场作业过程中不可缺少的一项工作。首先对雨水收集措施和雨水排放措施进行了综合分析,最终确定了以“抽”为主,以“排”为辅的方针,进而根据长生桥卫生填埋场的实际情况,提出了具体的雨污分流实施方案。经过近半年的实施,雨污分流效果明显,大大减少了渗滤液处理负荷,证明方案是切实可行的。

Abstract:It is very important to adopt a new index to evaluate me ratinality of energy consumption effectively, at the time to make great effort to reduce the energy consumption in water supply system. Current index of unit electricity consumption and integrated unit electricity consumption to assess the rationality of the energy consumption of the whole water supply system in our country cant be used to compare from landscape orientation. Aiming at the case, an index of efficiency is put forward on the base of analysis of the minimum energy that the water transportation in water supply system needs. According to the analysis of the index, the function to compare the energy consumption of different whole water supply systems of the index is proved.

Abstract:By the study of the influence of COD concentration on denitrifying phosphor removal of A/ASBR (anaerobic/ aerobic sequence bioreactor), it was shown that the favorable treatment effect had been gained with the COD concentration between 220 and 300mg/l; the higher or lower concentration of COD was unfavorable to the work of the system. In our test, it has been confirmed that the rudimental carbon resource organism and cell depositor PHB deposited in anaerobic stage has a significant influence on the process of denitrifying phosphorous removal. The better correlation has been observed also between the consumption of PHB and denitrifying phosphorous removal when the use of cell depositors PHB as carbon resource is concerned. It indicates that the deoxidization of 2 mg nitrate may accelerate the absorption of 1 mg phosphorous.

Abstract:In this paper, the influences of different kinds and different amount of mineral admixture to Cl-penetration and diffusion in concrete are studied. The results of experiment show that separate addition of mineral admixture (ground fly ash, slag fines, silica fume) into concrete can improve its resistance to chloride ion penetration and diffusion. Furthermore,the effect of silica fume is the best, fly ash second, and then follows slag fines. Mechanism analysis shows that the pozzolanic effect of mineral admixture improves the interface between the cement and aggregate in concrete, reduces the total porosity, makes pores more smaller, on the other hand it increases the Cl-consolidation capability of concrete with low alkaline C-S-H gel produced. So the resistance to chloride ion penetration of concrete is improved.

Abstract:This paper gives a new approach to solve the problem of features recognition of parts drawing form by means of multi - layers BP neural network. The concept and arithmetic of expanding property matrix of parts drawing are brought forward. A feature recognition and extraction system of 2D revolving parts drawing is developed by means of secondary development of AutoCAD R2000. These works have high theoretical and practical value.

Abstract:The group of Mid - mini enterprises under mass - economy is the intermediate organization built up by specialized division of work and cooperation. Abstract:The most common used method for safe monitor of high slope is to set a fixed observation point to monitor the transformation. But in urban area, due to restriction of the site and telecommunication conditions the transformation of high slope may have an impact to the fixed point and the result and the result we take from the point may be not correct. To avoid the impact and improve the accuracy, in this paper, a coordinate difference method to monitor the transformation of high slope with Total station actively is put forward and the principle, error analyses of this method are described and its application in safe monitor of high slope is introduced.
