Abstract:From the view of clients and staffs of China Construction Bank in Shenzhen,through establishing comfort index by Likert scale,an integrated evaluation on the comfort of the business halls is carried out by questionnaire.It was shown that there were several factors affecting the interior design: for clients,the sense of comfort involved temperature,atmosphere quality,illumination,dimension of furniture and spaciousness etc.,but the staffs more cared for the crowded degree of indoor environment and the comfort of furniture.The research shows that the Methods of Index Evaluation are easy for handling and transverse comparison.

Abstract:In order to research energy efficiency design of public buildings, the large and medium scale of typical department stores in Chongqing are chosen as objects and twelve stores are investigated about their operational energy. Based on the investigation results, the composition and features of operational energy are analyzed ; it is shown that the short of effective measures in respect of architectural design leads to the high power consumption in department stores. According to the local climate and environment characteristics, this paper puts forward concept of holistic energy efficiency and offers series of design strategies which lead to energy conservation in stores,such asefficiency.regardingclimate as resources and applying appropriate technology to attain energy efficiency.

Abstract:In this paper, a study is carried out on large-span prestressed concrete structure system in residence analyzed by specially - shape column equivalent frame model. Applying fiber model column-beam element and shell element, a large amount of comparative analyses about large-span prestressd concrete structure under horizontal and vertical load is carried out. The parameter of the equivalent frame is confirmed based on comparison with the result of the man-sized structural experiment. It is proved that the equivalent frame model has high efficiency and precision especially for nonlinear analysis.

Abstract:Though the Flood-Control-Projects along Yantze River and Jialing River in Chongqing may well improve the urban traffic and construction,it may change the river hydrodynamic characters.There may be two consequences,one is to reduce the size of cross section and the other is to change the river shape,such as the curvature radius.The phenomena of the local backwater and velocity variety are obvious,which result in some problems for the navigation: sediment,transport and so on.In this paper, the study object is the Flood-Control-Projects and Yangtse River and Jialing River,and the aim is to study the influence of the Flood-Control-Projects on the hydrodynamic state of the two rivers.Using the numerical technique,with the two rivers hydrodynamic model the flow field's change of river after completion of Flood-Control-Projects is simulated and the reasons caused by the change are analyzed.

Abstract:Considering the complication of the coefficient of wind-induced vibration for tall buildings,the scale 1:300 model test of Ying Li Building is completed in the second wind tunnel of Beijing University.Based on the calculation and analysis of the test results,the static and dynamic wind pressure acting on the building can be obtained and the value of the coefficient of wind-induced vibration for this tall building can be solved directly,thus a new way is laid for the research of complicated tall buildings.

Abstract:The forecasting model of ANFIS(Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System) is applied to forecast the displacement values at observation point of the slope at the Shilong garden of Chongqing Shizitan Hydroelectric Power Plant.The forecast results show that the errors between the forecast values and the observation values are very little.It shows that this model may be well applied for the forecast of the displacement in the deformation of the slopes.

Abstract:It is necessary to simplify the capacity spectrum into bilinear form so as to get characteristic point of hysteretic bone curve(especially the yield point and the yielded stiffness),ductility and equivalent damping of the structure.Three general methods of calculating yield point and yielded stiffness of equivalent SDOF are introduced and the yield point and the yielded stiffness of three frame structures are compared using above given methods in this paper.The hysteretic bone curves of equivalent SDOF are decided by the equivalent yield force and displacement,the maximum plastic displacements of equivalent SDOF under rare earthquake are calculated,and it is compared with the maximum plastic displacements of member structures using nonlinear dynamic analysis.Finally,the advice of simplifying capacity spectrum is advanced.

Abstract:In this paper, in the light of the percolating flow mechanics problems in the field of environmental science research , the transport mechanism and law of the volatile organic pollutants in the soils and the transport model and law of the underground water multi-component reacting solute are discussed, and the gas transport and the second pollution problems in the solid waste landfill are analyzed~ Based on the research given above, the transport process and two aspects of the control mechanisms uncertainty for the volatile organic matter and the necessity to establish the coupling model of multi-component water chemistry model and waterdynamic transport model are pointed out. The result is of great theoretical importance and practical significance to the further understanding of the overlapping research problems in environmental science and percolating flow mechanics.

Abstract:In recent years, the problem of fouling on UF membrane mainly centers on the aspect of organic fouling. The cleaning methods of jam caused by fouling of polysulfone UF membrane, the behavior of organic fouling and the elimination of contamination are studied using several chemicals. This experiment proves that NaClO, H2O2 and NaOH all have some effect on the removing organic fouling of UF membrane, of which the H2O2 has the best effect. Controlling the pH value of raw water can decrease the organic fouling of UF membrane. At the same time, a very good result can be gained in the elimination of organic fouling in a way of combining the water solution of NaOH/NaClO and NaOH/H2O2, which makes the infiltration water flux of UF membrane being restored to its initial value. Moreover, the mechanism of organic fouling formation of UF membrane is analyzed.

Abstract:This paper introduces the composition and the treatment process of sludge and energy consumption of dewaterizers in urban water treatment plant, the new development of sludge treatment techniques and the comprehensive uses of the sludge are evaluated. The calculation formulas for power consumption and economical benefit of wastewater recovery are presented with examples, offering a basis for economical evaluation to energy consumption of the technology of wastewater recovery in water works .

Abstract:Electrolytic oxidation can remarkably improve the biochemical character of late leachate under the condition of aeration. Test result indicates that the biochemical character of late leachate can be improved from 0.11 to more than 0.30 under the condition when the electrical density is 15mA/cm^2 and the electrolytic period 6.5 hours.

Abstract:Network planning schedule optimization is one of the pivotal issues in engineering project management. The current studies on schedule optimization aim at achieving the optimal goals by least additional resources. In this paper, from transferring the critical path, the authors suggest a schedule optimization algorithm through transferring partial resource of un-critical activities to the critical activities. The result of applying the model shows that it is helpful for resolving schedule optimization issue for fixed resources.

Abstract:Both tenderees and tenderers attach much importance to contractor prequalification before bidding because it plays important roles for both and so far the Score Method has been widely used in our country. But the weights in the method are man-made, which may be affected by personality inevitably. In order to avoid this influence, this thesis will introduce another method based on artificial neural network. This thesis expatiates the principle of artificial neural network, and analyzes the characters of prequalification. Then, the author sets up the mathematics model. In the end, the author analyzes this method by an example.

Abstract:During construction process,there is a "principal-agent" relation between clients and constraints.Between the two parties,there exists moral risk under asymmetric information.This paper builds a "moral risk model" between clients and constraints during the construction process by applying "principal-agent theory" in the information economics theory.On the basis of quantitative analysis of the model,this paper draws some conclusions,which is benefitial to the enhancement of the level of project management.At last,this paper proposes some advice on reducing the moral hazard of the constraints.

Abstract:To overcome the shortcoming of traditional masonry mortar for air -entrained concrete such as poor water retention, low bonding strength and liabititv to cracking, a new type masonry mortar for air-entrained concrete with better performance than that by JC890 -2001 standard was prepared. The effects of water-retentive agent, redispersible latex powder and expansive agent on masonry mortar were studied, and their modified mechanisms were discussed respectively.
