Abstract:This paper has introduced a kind of design method for digital urban lighting, it is an application of the illuminating engineering in digital city and a kind of measurable, dynamic visualization design method of the effect of digital urban lighting. A kind of new artificial method of scene imitation has been proposed in this paper. After taking pictures by verified digital camera, the luminosity and color information are taken to imitate the effect of urban lighting design, to display the current and future effect of lighting for the scene and thus optimize the urban lighting design plan to meet the demand of energy - conservation and beautifying the urban night scene.

Abstract:There is a great probability in the development of modern urban economy,and the traditional rigid urban planning paradigm can't meet the need of the urban construction.The flexible work method will become the developing direction of urban planning at the new stage.In the flexible urban planning,the items of urban development prediction,land use arrangement,and urban development policies,all have great flexibility and are indeterminate.So the flexible paradigm can keep the urban planning adjustable with the stability in whole.Taking the population prediction of Bengbu as an example,the author finally explains how the flexible method of urban planning works.

Abstract:Taking a project practice for example,this paper probed into the design methods of regional architecture in such aspects as geographic environment,traditional folk residence style,space environment and construction material etc.In this paper,one of the developing directions of modern architecture,i.e.the regional architecture design is pointed out first,then,the correlation between regional architecture and natural environment as well as historical culture tradition,space environment and material application of regional architecture,etc.were systematically discussed,it also indicated that the regional architecture should be an organic renewal of traditional folk residence style.It is concluded that the regional architecture should be in accordance with the nature.

Abstract:The reversed cyclic loading tests of 5 nearly full-scale beam-column assembly specimens with high shear-compression ratio under different axial loads in reinforced concrete plane frames have been completed,which cover the shortage in the field of high shear-compression parameter among seismic joint experiments in the world.Based on relatively complete measuring and analyses of the law for the bond and slip of the beam bar through the joint,the stress of the level stirrup legs and hysteretic dissipated energy and the change of rigidity,the characteristic of shear transfer mechanisms and damage development and comprehensive seismic behavior of the assembly are proposed in this paper.It makes it possible to improve design codes and to establish relatively reasonable analytic modes and hysteretic modes in inelastic dynamic response analyses of the frame.

Abstract:According to the fuzzy and uncertainty characteristics of soil liquefaction, a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model of soil liquefaction is presented. In the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model of soil liquefaction, the following factors, such as earthquake intensity, SPT counts, groundwater level and mean diameter of sand soil particle which affect the liquefaction of sand soil were considered, and the sketch map of trapezoid subordinate function was adopted and the subordinate function expression of each factor was given. The results show that the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model of soil liquefaction is feasible and valuable.

Abstract:The Sijiaotian Tunnel in Yunnan Dabao Highway lies in the narrow defile landscape,and the engineering geology condition is complex,with plenty of cienega.According to the actual situation of the Sijiaotian Tunnel Project in Yunnan Dabao Highway,the stability of the surrounding rock mass is studied by using a 3-D non-linear FEM.The Drucker-Prager criterion is chosen as the failure criterion of the rock.The relatively dangerous zone and the monitoring points in the tunnel are determined.The numerical results show that the Sijiaotian Tunnel is relatively stable.The conclusion has some significance for guiding the construction of similar projects.

Abstract:Jinma bridge is a long span cooperative-system cable-stayed bridge with one tower cooperated with T frames on both sides.Owing to artistic form and lying in typhoonprone area,it is essential to process the buffeting analysis.In this paper,the turbulent wind velocity was first simulated with cosine wave superposition method as multi-correlated random processes;then,the time domain expressions for the buffeting and self-excited forces were given.On this basis,the buffeting analysis of Jinma Bridge was made.The results show that the anti-wind capacity of the cooperative-system cable-stayed bridge is ensured although the torsional resistibility of the main girders of this bridge is not good.

Abstract:Combined with the real example of monitoring pressure on the supporting system in the long span underground space of DK7+692 section at Jiao-Xin line of Chongqing light railway,it is set forth the methods about choosing the support system and its parameter,digging methods of underground space,measuring and testing methods for the stress of the support system;the testing results and variation pattern were analyzed for the stress of the initial supporting I-steel,axial stress of bolt,stress of shot-concrete,supporting pressure of temporary I-steel and stress of steel of the second lining,then,the reason for deformation of the support system induced by sharp increase of I-steel was determined.Based on this,considering the real problem,the construction plan and the support system is changed,the deformation of support system was under control and the danger was avoided,the informative construction and construction safety were realized.

Abstract:The deformation and stress induced by the loading of building on the foundation will cause the settlement and incline.If the foundation settlement isn't a uniform one,it will decline and affect the safety of the building.The consolidation coefficient is the main factor for the settlement of foundation.At present,the method for the consolidation coefficient such as logarithm of time and square root of time methods couldn't overcome the jamming.However the Genetic Algorithm can diminish the jamming and a precise result can be gained.

Abstract:The thickened surplus sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plants is generally mechanically dewatered after regulated with flocculants and the type and dosage of flocculants will influence the dewatering effect directly.And the cost of flocculants is the main part of operating cost of sewage sludge treatment.With the processing practice on yields,thickening and dewatering pattern of Zhenjiang Wastewater Treatment Plant,the analysis and selection of flocculants are carried out with respect to the type and dosage of flocculants for sewage sludge regulation.the principles for flocculants selection and simple calculation method for chemicals cost for sludge treatment are proposed.It is suggested that the dosage of flocculants for sludge regulation should be adjusted in different seasons in real operation of the municipal wastewater treatment plants.

Abstract:The proportion of radiation load through glass windows in building energy analysis is comparatively great;it is regarded as linear relation with temperature in BIN method,which is extremely a rough method.It is not only because the relation between such radiation load and temperature is far from linear relationship,but also there is lack of objective standard for the selection of corresponding representative temperature to the load.To solve this problem,calculating the maximum factor D_(J max) firstly,then get the hourly corresponding relation of load and temperature by multiplying the hourly cool load coefficient.The practical relation of load and temperature could be obtained by counting up the average load to each temperature at each direction;the load calculation method is still simple using a series of statistic data.A comparison has been made between this method and the former one.As it is the real reflection of relation between the temperature and load,the precision of load calculation is enhanced.The process using this method to calculate load for south facing window in Chengdu is given in this paper.

Abstract:采用单因素试验和正交试验的方法分别研究了城市污水污泥减量OSA工艺中解偶联池中污泥浓度(MLSSj)、污泥在解偶联池反应时间(tj)、解偶联池温度(Tj)对污泥减量效果的影响,发现增加解偶联池污泥浓度或延长污泥在解偶联池的反应时间或增加解偶联池温度都将导致解偶联池ORP线性下降,且污泥表观产率系数Yobs与ΔORP或各因素之间分别遵循Yobs=-0.000 7ΔORP 0.452,Yobs=0.384-0.026 5 MLSSj-0.001 55tj-0.002 38Tj 0.001 32tj.Tj。通过对比试验的方式进一步验证了城市污水处理系统的污泥减量效果,结果表明在进水负荷在0.42 kg COD/Kg MLSS.d-1,解偶联池中温度为40℃、污泥浓度为11 g/L、停留时间为11 h时,OSA工艺的污泥产率比普通活性污泥法低58%。

Abstract:对珠江三角洲的温室进行了调查和实测,主要目的是调查生产过程中现代温室的热湿环境情况和能耗水平,包括温室的热湿环境、全年运行时间、降温、升温以及其他温室设施的运行时间和温室的通风能耗、降温能耗、升温能耗等。调查与实测表明该地区温室环境基本满足所种植物的生长要求,但其控制能耗过高,将近达到30 kW.h/(m2.a)的电耗和4.5 kg/(m2.a)的煤耗。建议充分利用珠江三角洲的气候特点,大幅度降低能耗。

According to the principle of therrnopile, and the three - dimensional loop wire laying is substituted by new - style plane wire laying. The construction and manufacture of new - style heat flow meter is declared. The new method will facilitate the manufacture and reduce the cost and the high precision feeler is assured by consistent line length, capacitance, resistance and inductance and the cost of determination in present demarcation will be cheaper than traditional feeler of heat flow meter. Abstract:Solid phase micro-extraction(SPME) is a new sample pretreatment technique,which developed at the end of 1980s.Because of many its advantages,such as simple and rapid operation,high sensitivity,easy automation,and without using toxic organic solvent,this method has been extensively applied to analyze organic pollutants in environment,food and medicament samples.In this paper,SPME technique and analytical characteristics of organotins were simply introduced,and the application of SPME for organotins analysis in environment samples,such as water,wine,body fluid,sediment and biological samples,were reviewed.According to the recent development of SPME study,it is believed that this technique will be widely used in many fields of chemical analysis.

Abstract:The power transmission line is one of the important parts of electrical power system,the management and inspection of the transmission lines have been significant routine job ensuring the reliability of the transmission system.
