Abstract:By adopting the advantages of previous theories of laterally loaded pile,in this paper,the authors brought up a 3-parameter theory and deduced its theoretical common solution.At the same time,the theoretical range of n, a very important parameter,was given,too.In comparison with previous theories,the 3-parameter theory's basic differential equation is more common,and its deduction is stricter,and the convergence of its common solution is better.In addition,because for the 3-qarameter theory the idea that every parameter is variable has been adopted,it is able to break through the theoretical restriction of its linear-elastic basic equation.So the 3-parameter theory is essentially different from previous theories and its calculation result is better.

Abstract:Chongqing downtown river reach lies in the fluctuating backwater district of Three Gorges Reservoir(TGR).After running on the 175M scheme of the TGR,it shows that the deposits increase accumulatively with the TGR running in the downtown reach,the bed sand will be finer,the river bar will be widen and higher,there will be bed evolution and the backwater area upwards.The sediment aggregation brings out important influence on harbor,navigation,the infrastructures and eco-environment along both banks of the reach.Combined with various respects of research achievements,the main engineering measurements are put forward in order to decrease the influence,such as soil conservation and building reservoirs upstream to prevent sand sedimentation,narrowing the flow to wash sand,bank regulation,harbor reconstruction and navigable channel treatment,etc.These measures have very good effect on decreasing deposition and eliminating the negative effects.

Abstract:Tongkou power station is an all-round hydro project,where the mixed exploitation mode is adopted with mainly for power generation.Integrated with the model test result,the duct discharge capacity and flow coefficient in various discharge hole are discussed,the influence of duct shape on inlet pressure,energy dissipation and tail water is analyzed,the improvement measures on conveyer way pressure and energy dissipation are put forward too.The achievements of this study have been adopted by the designers.

Abstract:Based on the elastic foundation beam,the control differential equation of tunnel lining is worked out,according to the theory of Saint-Venant,the predominance equation about the center angle to the crack space is established, then the crack space of tunnel lining under the loads can be worked out and according to the crack space,the crack width can be calculated.

Abstract:The highway project in mountainous area will lead to serious soil erosion,due to its long road line and large volume of the work.While the program of water and soil conservation is drawn up,the prediction of the amount of soil erosion is needed. The whole amount of soil erosion comprises primary and new soil erosion amount. The primary soil erosion amount may be predicted by the method of average erosion modulus or universal soil loss equation.The new soil erosion amount is made up of erosion amount due to disturbed earth surface and discarded soil.Finally, the prediction model of soil erosion amount about a specific highway project during its construction period in mountainous area is analyzed.

Abstract:Yingpan lock is the highest single level lock at present in China with a working head of 36.5m.This paper presents a regulation tank lock scheme and the water saving lock scheme to settle the valve hydraulics problem caused by high water head.By analyzing and comparing of the general single level lock,the regulation tank lock and the water saving lock,it is concluded that not only the recommended water saving lock can satisfy the design and the correlated operation requirements,reduce the valve work head by a half to simplify value hydraulics problem,but the water saving is possible at least by 48.6% in one ship passage through the lock.

Abstract:Debris flow is a kind of typical water ruins to highways, and it is a dynamic load for highway water ruin. The authors, following the moving law of debris flow and characteristics of highway ruin, put forward reasonable section shape of high - speed drainage trough. Then, according to the energy conservation principle and horizontal throwing theory, the authors established a calculation formula for the throwing distance. The results of the calculation formula given in this paper offer a solution for load calculation and control effect evaluation problems and provide theoretical foundation i to structure design and disease control of debris flow along the highways.

Abstract:Geogrid reinforced soil retaining wall(GRSRW) is composed of panel,geogrid and soil,its coupled hydromechanical structural characteristics are increasingly emphasized in practice.In this paper,based on the characteristics of the reinforcement-soil interaction,the grogrid and soil around it with a definite thickness were regarded as a kind of composite material with strain-compatible condition.A saturated porous media model was introduced to simulate the soil and reinforcement-soil composite material hereby and the mathematic model for numerical analysis on structural characteristics of GRSRW was built up.The FEM equations were deduced from the standard Galerkin procedure,resolving these equations,we can gain the relevant dynamic response of saturated GRSRW.

Abstract:The one dimension mathematical model has been adopted to study the projects of the daily regulation of hydroelectric station: the implicit format of Preissmann has been adopted to solve the equation.The program of one dimension unsteady flow has been worked out.The result of calculation of the program has been verified by the result of the physical model and the coincide well.Under 4 kinds of projects of the daily regulation of Jinghong Hydroelectric Station,the unsteady flow conditions in lower reaches of the dam with the length of about 85km have been calculated by the program.The graph has been adopted to analyze the important characteristic parameters of the unstable flow conditions of 4 kinds of projects: the range of water level per day,the range of water level per hours and the range of water level per 20 minutes.Finally,the project of the daily regulation of Jinghong Hydroelectric Station which has a smallest influence on the navigable flow conditions has been obtained.

Abstract:After the completion of the Three Gorges project,the navigation conditions of the reservoir region will be improved evidently,which has laid the foundation for straight run of the 10,000-ton-class fleet to Chongqing Port,and is the promotion of the development of shipping in Yangtze River.But according to the standard of the 10,000-ton-class fleet,there are still some reaches of the reservoir region can not meet the requirements of the waterway on smooth and safe navigation.Therefore,some regulation measures should be adopted to eliminate these obstructions.It is one of the important parts in the reservoir region waterway regulation work for the Fuling to Tongluo canyon reach blasting project.30 reef obstacle blocks of 14 reaches in this project were removed by blasting.Based on the analysis of obstruct features of various rocks,according to the standard of the 10,000-ton-class fleet,the design parameters and blasting regulation program were put forward,and the regulation effect is analyzed and forecasted.

Abstract:This thesis analyzes the factors which lead to the failure of equipment,the type of the failures and the reliability of the equipment.The distribution functions(such as exponential distribution and Weibuill distribution) of the failures are discussed and the reliability of equipment is estimated.Meanwhile,the methods of identifying the types of failures and the degree of the reliability of equipment are described by an actual example.The Failure Distribution and reliability of ZW-17/29 Series Air Compressors in use are obtained.It provides the ways to plan the technical and maintenance management of the equipment.

Abstract:In this paper, the cause analysis about cracks on the new concrete web poured in multi -span continuous box -girder of a main bridge was introduced. This bridge is a prestressed concrete one with variable cross sections and an 80 -meter main span. When casting reinforced concrete in large volume in box girder during vehicle transport service, the shrinkage cracks in cast -in place reinforced web concrete were formed due to the restriction of old web concrete. Then, the control measure taken on these cracks is discussed.

Abstract:According to the researches in Fujian and Taiwan and the analysis of historical documents and activities of academic communication,this paper presents different cultural types in Fujian and Taiwan and their corresponding architectural modes including temples of literature,cloisters,Mazu Temple,Guandi Temple,residence,ancestral temples and club houses,etc.It suggests that Fujian and Taiwan,both surrounded by the sea,were the immigration society in the history and their continual merge into and impact on each other contribute to the unique architectural cultures characterized by nationality and locality.

Abstract:Through the analysis on components of the environment,the essential factors affecting the city illumination,such as human beings,light and objects,are discussed in this paper with the help of environment psychology.On the basis of people's visual characteristics and psychological needs,the characters of illumination of the city in whole,city square,buildings and garden landscape are summarized and the laws of city illumination are revealed.It is found that designing the city illumination should create not only a visual environment but coordination with city spatial elements and physiological sense of human beings,offering a psychological environment in harmony with function atmosphere.The author finally puts forward his thinking on city illumination which combines the natural condition,object form,people's visual characteristics and environmental features based on the environment principle.

Abstract:ANSYS has become an effective tool for finite element analysis of masonry structure, but there is few common conclusions for reference. According to the characteristics of ANSYS and the essence of the analysis, some key problems in finite element analysis of masonry structure with ANSYS, such as structural modelling, material constitution, the damage criterion, iterative algorithm, convergence criterion, simulation of prestressing force and so on, are discussed in this paper. Based on the test results of typical masonry structures, the applicability of ANSYS to masonry structural analysis is studied and some suggestions for the application of ANSYS are presented.

Abstract:On the basis of testing results of shear behavior from 18 super high strength reinforced concrete restrained beams with web reinforcement, with the cube compressive strength ranging from over 100Mpa, in this paper, the nonlinear finite element analysis procedure was formulated and the analysis of the specimen tests was carried out with the parameters obtained from the experiments and improved constitutive model and failure criteria of materials. Based on the simulated shear resistance test results and practical measured data of eighteen super high strength concrete restrained beams under point load, the equation to compute the shear resistance capacity of such beams was thus obtained by regression. The analytical results agree well with those of experiments.

Abstract:危岩主控结构面受荷断裂扩展是危岩失稳的根本原因。用锚杆加固危岩体在危岩治理中有着广泛应用,效果十分明显。从线弹性断裂力学角度考虑锚固力对危岩主控结构面的阻裂增韧作用,分析在拉剪综合应力作用下锚固力对减小主控裂隙面尖端相当应力强度因子的贡献,并讨论了锚杆水平角变化对相当应力强度因子的影响。以重庆万州太白岩危岩为例计算结果表明,锚固力的存在使得相当应力强度因子明显减小,并随着锚杆倾角的增大,其成抛物线变化,并在20°~30°时具有最优锚固效果。

Abstract:In the design of landslide control engineering,the effect of traffic loads has not been taken into account.The authors simplified the traffic loads as mobile dead loads and traffic dynamic load.The mobile dead load ranges from 2.34 to 6.41 kPa.The impact coefficient was chosen to denote the traffic dynamic load and ranges from 0.1 to 0.4.Using several stability analysis methods widely accepted by engineers,combining two analysis samples,by the contrast of stability tests with and without consideration of the mobile dead load or the traffic dynamic load,the authors found that when the traffic load is not taken into account,the stability coefficient of shallow layer landslide(<8m) is overrated by 4.3-11 percent or 5.8-12.1 percent in comparison with the case when the mobile dead load or traffic dynamic is taken into account respectively,that is,the influence of mobile dead loads and traffic dynamic load is cannot be neglected.In case of medium deep layer landslide or the road is passing through the anti sliding section,the influence of the traffic load is a little and can be neglected.

Abstract:Because the factors that affect the behavior of the beam-column joints are complicated,an experimental study alone is not sufficient.Therefore,a nonlinear finite element analysis was conducted to provide better understanding of the performance of the beam-column joints.The authors intend to do the parameter study with nonlinear finite element method after a lot of high-strength concrete beam-column joints have been experimented.In this paper,the analytical model firstly was applied to simulate the experimental joint behavior and the comparison results were very well.Based on this,the parametric analysis of concrete strength on seismic performance of beam-column joints has been conducted.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the water pollution spatial distribution characters of Yangtze River in Chongqing,a new method based on the integration of BP neural network and genetic arithmetic(GA) is proposed.For some shortcomings existed in the standard BP neural network,this method has ultimately overcome these shortcomings by combining the GA with BP artificial neural network through altering stimulating function,adding momentum factor to power value for BP algorithm and introducing genetic arithmetic to searching for the knots of the hidden layer,momentum factor and learning level.Using this method can easily overcome the difficulty of measuring the water prediction model's parameters.GIS is used as a tool for data management and spatial analysis,and the prediction result of the model for the water pollution spatial distribution characters of Yangtze River in Chongqing is visualized and explored with the precision of more than 78%.

Abstract:By using the building thermal environment simulation Toolkit DeST to simulation calculation of a residential building in Shanghai,the quantitative relationship between the factors of operation mode of air conditioning affecting the energy consumption of heating and air conditioning in residential buildings has been obtained in this paper,moreover,it has come to a conclusion that the tolerable temperature is superior to control temperature of air conditioning in respect of sensitivity and the living mode of indoor personnel has certain effect on the cold energy consumption.

Abstract:Since the early 1970s, hundreds of urban storm water models have been developed to plan, design and operate the drainage system, in order to build the system more appropriately, reduce the flood in urban areas and make the storm water controllable. In this paper, the concepts and theory of urban storm water models are expounded and the main characters of three representative urban storm water models are described and the state and trend of their development in China are introduced.
