在综述了现有硬齿面齿轮精加工方法的基础上，着重分析介绍了成形磨齿技术在砂轮修整和成形磨齿工艺两方面采用ＣＢＮ切削工具的硬齿面精加工技术的发展现状。

This article summeried the methtods in finish machining of hardened gear and mainly introduced the development of the form grinding technique in grinding wheel dressing and grinding technology. The technique, which makes use of CBN tools, of hardened gear finish machining is also briefed.
