On the basis of the single electron Hartree Fock approximation and the SLC extendedion method we presen the model of dipole of excited state,and calculate the absorption and emission spectra of F B(Na +) in KF.The possible mechanism of the strong stockes shifted emission and the thermal conversion phenomenon of excited states have been studied.
