把直耗系数矩阵的转移矩阵Ｓｔ的特征向量视为不变，修订它的特征值，从而达到对直耗系数的修订。
Abstract:
This paper considered the eigenvector of transition matrix of the direct consumed coefficient matrix as constant vector,the eigenvalnes are modified. Then, we can modify the direct consumed coefficients.
