    摘要:

    研制了一套基于加工工况识别的线切割机进给自适应控制系统。系统包括对间隙电压和电流的采样,用给定的阈值和逻辑电路识别不同工况的脉冲,采用8253芯片计算一定间隔内的正常火花率并用于建立AR(n)M模型,以预报并防止睡,输出控制进给速度的修正值。

    Abstract:

    An adaptive control system of the feeding movement of WEDM machine based on monitoring and identifying the machining status is developed.The system samples the pulses of gap voltage and current,identifies the pulses representing different status by the given threshold value and a logic algorithm circuit,and employs 8253 chip to account the percentage of normal pulses within specific interval to obtain the time series data for filling a AR(N) model which used to forecast and avoid short circuit along with output the manipulative value to control the feeding speed.Experiment results show that the percentage of normal pulses is obviously improved.
