通过灰口铸铁同质电弧冷焊焊缝断口宏观与显微分析，对灰口铸铁焊缝裂纹的形成及扩展机理进行了探讨。结果表明：灰口铸铁焊缝冷裂纹开裂主要以准解理断裂方式进行。
In this paper,the fracture of grey cast iron weld has been observed by SEM,and the mechanisms of the cracking initation and progression have been discussed.The results show that the fracture of grey cast iron weld is quasi cleavage.
