This paper introduced a develop mode of new type motorcycle. Based on research on apply techniques of general design products with ATOS,RP and PRO/E, idea design,structure design and entity dynamic embnator, celerity collection data to expedite rate of esse sculpt, manufacture of prompt pattern and small batch mould was researched, and the corresponding methods of tap mode of new motorcycle are proposed to meet the demands of products prompt development.
