Abstract:A high resolution model for chemical species exchange in troposphere (HRCM) used for air pollution control in Chongqing urban is given.The author emphasizes how to select and establish a model to simplify the calculation by the numerical simulation. It can be inferred that techniques of module calculation and numerical coupling exert very well in the study. The author also compares monitoring figures with imitatins figures,which almost coincide. It indicates the HRCM has a powerful function to simulate a complicated terrain and weather condition for Chongqing city. Therefore, the model should be an important tool to implement air environment quality management in the city.
