Abstract:Under static state condition, the characteristics of adsorption of Pb 2+ and Zn 2 in Rock have been studied using the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometers method and the atom adsorption spectrophotometers method. The results show that the process,in which the sandstone adsorbs Zn 2+ from solution-containing Zn 2+ , the sandstone adsorb Zn 2+ and Pb 2+ from Pb 2+ +Zn 2+ solution and breccia adsorbs Zn 2+ from Pb 2+ +Zn 2+ solution , is fractal-like. The rate of adsorption of Pb 2+ is more than that of Zn 2+ in breccia. The adsorption ability of Zn 2+ in rock is decreased because there is Pb 2+ in solution. The adsorption capacity of Pb 2+ is close to that of sandstone and breccia, and the adsorption ability of Zn 2+ in breccia is better than that in sandstone.
