产品的设计对企业的经营赢利影响巨大。基价值创新的产品开发成本设计方法克服静态的经典产品成本设计方法的不足，满足动态的企业联盟对产品成本设计的要求。基于价值创新的产品开发成本设计方法是以价值最大化为目的、以企业仿真为工具完成动态的产品成本设计，在仿真的环境里，运行每个设计变量，从而评估每个设计的选项，使产品开发设计面向企业经营。该文从供需链的角度出发，将价值链分析方法运用于产品设计方案，为动态联盟运行的企业的产品成本设计提供一种新的途径。

Product design now has a significant influence on the profitability of a business. Enterprise simulation can not only overcome the limitations of current product scheme cost evaluation methods , but also support Product Scheme Cost design of Dynamic Enterprise. Product Scheme Cost Design basing on Value Innovation Method aim at value increase , and use Enterprise simulation as Product design tools. To evaluate different design options, a series of runs are performed in Enterprise simulation system for each design variant. In this way , Product design face on enterprise business. This paper focus on value chain,and use it in Product design, provide a new way for Product design of Dynamic Enterprise.
