介绍了UB8．0型砂浆泵的工作原理。UB8．0型砂浆泵增加了使补偿活塞运动的补偿凸轮机构，在UB8．0型砂浆泵的工作缸和补偿缸的作用下，保持砂浆泵出口处输出的砂浆在任意瞬时不仅连续，并且排量相等，从而使砂浆上墙平衡、无脉动、减少落地灰，同时也改善了操作工作的劳动强度，提高了生产效率。补偿凸轮曲线的设计制造，将直接影响砂浆泵吸浆量与排出量的大小，是保证砂浆泵均匀出浆的技术关键。还介绍了一种补偿凸轮曲线的设计分析方法和计算机设计程序。利用“基本杆组分析法”分析工作凸轮机构的运动，利用解析法设计补偿凸轮曲线，运动分析程序和凸轮设计程序ROFDCD由FORTRAN语言编写而成。

This paper introduces the working principle of mortar pump.The mortar pump is a kind of double piston mortar pump.It consists of working cylinder and compensation cylinder.Compensation cylinder is drove by compensation cam mechanism.This paper analyzes the movement analysis method of compensation cam mechanism and introduces the computer programming.Using the computer programming we can design the CAM conveniently.
