    摘要:

    随着科学技术和生产的发展,对各种高性能砂浆、混凝土的需求量越来越少。为得到各种高性能砂浆混凝土,长期以来国内外学者做了大量研究工作,如采用磁化水、电水来拦制砂浆、混凝土以提高其力学性能。但是,由于电水及磁化水对砂浆、混凝土的增强效果不很稳定,受外界因素影响极大,矿这些办法不能得到推广。作者采用集强电场、强磁场、超声波、光辐射及空化流于一体的电液压脉冲技术生产活化水,并利用这种活化水拦制砂浆,能大大提高砂浆的力学性能,其抗压强度提高达20%。经大量实验证明,选择不同参数对实验结果有较大影响,可以肯定,在最佳参数情况下,其力学性能还有可能进一步提高。与其它方法相比,电液压脉冲活化水方法工艺简单、效果稳定、费用低廉,具有很好的前景。

    Abstract:

    With the development of the technology and the production,more and more high performance concrete(HPC)and high performance mortar(HPM)are needed.In order to get all kinds of high performance concrete and high performance mortar,a lot of researches have been done.For example,many researchers used the methods of magnetized water and electricalwater to improve the mechanical performance of the mortar. With these methods,the strengthening effect is not so good,and the value is fluctuated.They are not accepted extensively because of that.However,a method called electro_hydraulic impulse method is described in this paper.With this method,the mechanical performance of the mortar is increased by 20%.It must be pinted out that different results are gotten when different parameters are chosen.Because of the limited experimental conditions,the most optimized parameters haven't been found.So it can be sure that some better results can be gotten with the most optimized parameters.Comparing with other methods,the method of electro hydraulic impulse is more simple,more useful.
