基于Kane式动力学方程，建立了旋转梁一般形式的有限元动力学方程，它适用于任意截面形式的旋转梁。利用梁截面参数导出了旋转梁的显式三维梁单元矩阵，最后计算了旋转梁的固有频率并与常规计算进行了比较。
On Kane's dynamic equation,the ordinary finite element dynamic equation of a rotating beam is developed,and the apparent three dimension element matrices are obtained. Finally the natural frequencies of a rotating beam are figured out and compared with those of ordinary method.
