    摘要:

    通过对摩托车车架及发动机等部件的振动实验分析,找出引起车架共振的频率;分析发动机振源对车架振动的影响,使车架主要模态频率避开发动机转速范围。实验表明;车架鞍座部位垂直方向及手把处的振动主要是由共振因素造成的,鞍座部位其它两方向和踏板处的振动主要是发动机振动能量传的结果。为减少发动机振动能量传到踏板处,将摩托车踏板与车架的刚性焊接改为柔性连接;为避免车体在垂直方向产生共振,除采用增加刚度的方式提高车体固有上,还要在保证车架具有足够强度的前提下,适当减少车体刚度,使其固有频率降低至发动机工作转速之下,避免产生共振造成车体的强烈振动。

    Abstract:

    Based on the analysis of experimental model, the vibrating experiment was made for the frame and engine of motorcycle in order to find the resonance frequency of the frame. Then the effect of engine exciting on the body vibration was analyzed, so that the mode frequency avoids the range of engine rotation speed. The experiment results show that the vibration of the saddle in vertical direction and the handlebar are caused by the resonance, while the vibrations of the other two directions of saddle and the pedal are the result of the transmission of engine energy. In order to decrease the transmission of the engine energy to pedals, we can change the stiff welding between the pedals and the frame of the motorcycle into the elastic link. Furthermore, to avoid the resonance of the frame in vertical direction, besides increase the stiffness of the frame, we can reduce the stiffness of the frame under the condition of having sufficient intensity, so that the nature frequency of the frame is reduced below the operating speed of the motorcycle engine.
