随着我国经济的飞速发展,城市化进程的加快,垃圾的产生量越来越大,传统的垃圾处理和处置方式--填埋,需要占用大量的土地,为了寻找科学合理的垃圾处理方式,采用焚烧方式处理垃圾已成为城市发展的重要思路。生命周期评价为我国垃圾焚烧处理的环境管理工作提供有力的支持。文章主要分析了垃圾焚烧处理生命周期清单分析中多产品系统所存在的分配问题,以及垃圾焚烧处理系统的组成,详细探讨其分配原则及其影响因素,并从多角度地分析和研究垃圾焚烧处理系统环境负荷分配情况,研究结果表明:在垃圾焚烧处理生命周期系统环境负荷分配中,经济和环境政策的影响大于工艺技术的影响。

The allocation MSW disposal measure, which would occupy large quantity of land, cannot meet the need of the development of the urban area and economics and the great yielding of MSW. The author gets the conclusion that the nost suitable disposal measure for MSW is incineration. The allocation and the life cycle evaluation are both focused on.The principles and influencing factors of the allocation in relation to these systems are discussed in detail. A conclusion is that the factors of economic and envronment policy are more important than technique.
