产品的设计质量评审是提高产品质量的有效手段，传统的设计评审会议效率低，不符合现代化设计生产的要求。基于飞速发展的网络技术，提出并构建网络化设计质量评审支持系统。根据设计评审的不同阶段的实际情况提出了通用的产品设计质量评审指标体系。根据设计评审的主要特点和要求，结合网络技术特点，构建了基于、J2EE平台的多层设计评审系统结构，阐述了客户端到服务器端信息支互的方式以及网络化设计评审的流程。并且引入NetMeeting建立网络化设计评审支持系统。

Design quality review of product is an effective method to improve product quality. The inefficient traditional design review is not accord with modern yield requirement. The multiple system truss of design review is constructed based on the primary characteristics and the requirements of design review and the network technology. The mode of communication between client and server and the flow of design review system based on networks are expatiated. According to different phases of reveiw,the universal quality index system for evaluating the product design is established and the design review system based on networks is realized by NetMeeting.
