The flow of project scope management for virtual supply chain is established based on the analysis of virtual supply chain characteristics. Then the problems and relationship between the product scope management and task scope management are analyzed. At last, the reasons that result in the scope changes are discussed, and at the same time, the resolution is given respectively.
