Abstract:The objective of decision-making of Networked Cooperative Product Development is analyzed. The objective system of decision-making is proposed, which is constituted of six decision-making factors including T (time), Q(quality), C(cost), R(resources), S(security and secrecy) and K(knowledge). Basing this objective system, the TQCRSK decision-making model is constructed. Finally, a case study in which a practical decision-making problem in an application of Networked Cooperative Product Development is analyzed and solved successfully with the model shows the TQCRSK model is practical.
