This paper introduces an exam management system, which is applied to the Computer Operating Exam System of Sichuan Computer Graded Examination, aims at the shortage of existing exam ways and exam manager systems. The system bases C/S mode, use SQL Server as background database engine, use Delphi as foreground Development tool, includind data and exam management. It is an independent and comprehensive system, and also can band of existing exam manager system of Sichuan Computer Graded Examination. The system is proposed with emphasis on working-flow, frame, main functions and the solution ways of the key problems.
