    摘要:

    针对高层建筑体型中高度和高宽比、平面布置规则性和竖向规则性等方面的超限问题,利用模糊集理论生成了基于模糊集的多层次综合评价模型,定义了评价的层次.将所有级别评价的目标集分为4个等级,根据不同目标集确定各评价因素的隶属度以及权重,采用加权平均型综合评判的方法,实现了对高层建筑体型超限程度的模糊评价.同时结合对实际抗震计算结果的评判,实现对高层建筑抗震性能的模糊综合评判.最后通过实例验证了评价结果.

    Abstract:

    Based on the problem of out-of-codes about the height, height-to-width ratio, layout irregularity and vertical irregularity of the highrise buildings form, the multilevel evaluation model is put forward by applying the fuzzy set theory in this paper. The evaluation level is defined. The objective set of all evaluation level are divided into four subsets. The membership function and weights of different evaluation factors are calculated according to the objective set. The degree how out-of-codes highrise building go beyond the codes is evaluated based on the weighted averaging fuzzy synthesis evaluation, and the aseismic performance of out-of-codes highrise building is evaluated considering of the results of aseismic compute. Then the evaluation is tested by the example.
