    摘要:

    介绍了疫苗类药物控释制剂的研究进展;综述了近10年来国内外疫苗缓控释剂型的研究与开发的品种,采用一些如聚乳酸一聚羟乙酸(PLGA)、聚乳酸(PLA)、聚羟乙酸(PLG)和聚乳酸一聚乙二醇(PELA)等可降解的高分子材料,制备包括微球、微囊、微乳、纳米囊和纳米球等作为栽体传输抗原或佐剂.以生物可降解聚合物为囊材的微囊化技术,能够有效地保护疫苗免于被降解,并使抗原到达病灶部位或产生最佳的免疫应答,是开发研制缓控释疫苗的有效途径,且颇有发展前途.

    Abstract:

    Study progresses of vaccines that are control-release are introduced in this paper. Study on vaccine of control- release dosage form and variety of development are summarized since 10 years home and abroad. These formulations are prepared by some macromolecule materials such as PLGA, PLA, PLG and PELA, which include microsphere, microcapsule, microemulsion, nanocapsule and nanosphere, used as carrier of delivery antigen and adjuvant. Microcapsulation technology, which biodegradative materials are used as capsule wall material can protect vaccine from being degraded and make it reach focus place, resulting in the optimal immunity responsion, so it is an effective way of developing control-release vaccine and has a well future.
