    摘要:

    雷达对目标回波的检测能力是雷达测距性能的基础,而一般情况下雷达的回波信号是非常微弱的,有时甚至完全淹没在噪声中.为了检测出微弱的有用信号,可以采用对回波脉冲进行视频或中频积累.分析了脉冲积累对回波信号信噪比的改善能力,并设计了先对回波信号进行高速采样然后进行累加的数字式脉冲积累方案.试验表明当对M个周期的回波信号进行积累时,可使信噪比大约改善M倍,大大提高了门限检测电平,显著地改善了雷达的测距性能.脉冲积累方式同样适用于诸如生物医电等非常微弱的信号的测量,从而可以大大提高信噪比.

    Abstract:

    The ranging performance of radar is based on its performance of echo detection.Generally the echo signal of radar is too small to detect,in order to detect the small useful signal,it is a method to accumulate the echo wave within video-frequency or within mid-frequency.This paper analyzes the increased ratio of echo's SNR(signal-to-noise rate) and the according pulse accumulation method is designed and realized by digitalizing the echo and synchronously accumulating them in FPGA(field programmable gate array),which improves that the SNR of accumulation of ten time-cycles is ten times than that of no accumulation.Although the method of accumulation is used in the field of radar,it can be used in the other fields,such as,in the research on biological medicine electric measurement.
