Abstract:In order to make personal subjectivity of organizational design more less and make decision-making of organizational design more scientific,the influencing factors of organizational structure design in integrated management are analyzed in detail.According to the fuzzy cluster analysis on influencing factors of organizational structure,this paper presents the sequencing of the principle and subordinate factors on influencing factors of organizational structure.Thus quantitative analysis and evaluation on influencing factors of enterprise' organizational structure design in integrated management is formed, thus provides a reliable quantity basis for enterprise to design organizational structure in integrated management.Different influence upon the organizational of a certain corporated by a case study,which provides important references for its organizational structure reform in integrated management.At the same time,the rationality and feasibility of this method is demonstrated by the case study.
