An approach of making replan was proposed to solve the problem of steelmakingcontinuous casting production scheduling under production disturbances. A classification method was presented for production plans by determining whether the charge had started. A parallel pushing algorithm was designed to draw production plan for the processing charges and a hybrid optimization algorithm based on a parallel backward inferring algorithm and genetic algorithm for the unprocessed charges. The test with eight hours’ production data in a commercial steel plant shows that the method can draw quickly a highquality and performable replan and schedule.
