以混合动力车用镍氢电池为研究对象,利用计算流体动力学分析软件对现有电池组的散热结构进行了流场和温度场的仿真分析,研究结果表明现有电池组的温度场均匀性较差。通过调整挡板及电池的位置、改变电池倾斜角度和电池的间距、施加挡风结构、包覆保温层等方法改善了电池组冷却气流分布和电池组温度场均匀性,其中包覆保温层的效果最好。为混合动力车用镍氢电池热管理的设计提供了依据。

Focusing on NiMH batteries used in hybridelectric vehicles (HEV), a simulation analysis of the flow and temperature fields of the cooling structure in existing batteries is carried out using computational fluid dynamics software. The results show that the temperature uniformity is poor. The uniformity of the flow and the temperature fields is improved by adjusting the baffle and battery positions, changing the tilt angle and the distance between the batteries, inserting wind plates and a coating insulation layer. The coating insulation layer achieves the best effect. Further simulation shows that the coating insulation layer method has the best effects. The results provide the design basis for thermal management program of NiMH batteries in HEV.
