    摘要:

    为了解决MC-WPT系统中磁耦合机构参数设计缺乏系统性的优化方法问题,本文以两个平面螺旋线圈构成的电磁耦合机构作为研究及优化的对象,针对LCC-S型WPT系统,提出一种磁耦合机构参数多目标优化方法。以线圈半径、传输距离和线圈匝数三个耦合机构几何参数作为决策变量,以系统传输效率、传输功率与总谐波畸变率为目标函数,利用基于带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法II(NSGA-II)对MC-WPT系统进行优化,得到了三个目标函数的Pareto解集。最后,将优化后的参数带入MATLAB/Simulink仿真模型中对系统进行仿真,并搭建了一套实验装置进行实验验证,仿真和实验结果证明了本文提出的多目标优化方法的可行性和有效性。本文提出的MC-WPT系统磁耦合机构参数多目标优化方法能够为MC-WPT系统耦合机构参数的设计提供理论性指导。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, the magnetic coupler composed of two planar spiral coils is studied and optimized. In view of the LCC-S type WPT system, a multi-objective optimization method for geometric parameters of the magnetic coupler is proposed. Taking the coil radius, transmission distance and coil turns as decision variables, with the transmission efficiency, transmission power and total harmonic distortion as objective functions, the performance of the MC-WPT system are optimized by using a fast and elitist multi-objective genetic algorithm, that is, non-dominated sorting genetic algorithms II (NSGA-II). The Pareto solution sets of three objective functions are obtained. Finally, the optimized parameters were brought into the MATLAB/Simulink simulation model, and a experimental prototype was built, which verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
