Abstract:Taking the boom luffing hydraulic system of the arm type aerial work platform as the research object, a hydraulic simulation model of the system was established using AMESim software, and the accuracy of the model was verified through a mechanical-hydraulic co-simulation. A method based on linear frequency domain analysis, supplemented by active energy index analysis A linear frequency domain analysis method supplemented by active energy index analysis is used to simplify and reduce the order of the hydraulic model. Remove or modify the subcomponents with higher natural frequencies and lower activity indices from the model, and adjust the parameters of some high-frequency models that cannot be remove to meet the needs of real-time simulation. The hydraulic system simulation model obtained after order reduction processing not only reduces computational time but also meets real-time simulation requirements while ensuring a high degree of restoration.
