Abstract:The JPEEG algorithm for Stillimage ISO Encoding is introduced in this paper.Three encoding types for JPEG algorithm are discussed.Anew Fast DCT algorithm is proposed inthe paper. A software for JPEG algorithm on baseline code is developmented; The experimenceshows that the results are eatisfactory.
