    摘要:

    为了实现磁铁精矿的无碳烧结,从质量、保护气氛(N2)和Fe3O4添加量对磁铁精矿微波烧结的影响3个方面进行了研究.结果表明2采用相同试样碱度(CaO/SiO2=2.5)和微波加热条件(1000W、2.45GHz、20min),试样中心温度会随着试样质量增加而逐渐降低;在相同的微波加热条件下,采用保护气氛,同无保护气氛相比,同一试样的温度没有提高;相同微波加热条件下加热同碱度(CaO/SiO2=2.5)的磁铁精矿试样100g,试样中Fe3O4添加量越多,微波烧结过程中液相出现得越少,越不利于磁铁精矿的烧结.

    Abstract:

    With the goal of the sintering of magnetite concentrates without carbon,the effect of quality,inert atmosphere and Fe_3O_4 addition on microwave sintering of magnetite concentrates is studied.It is shown that: With the same basicity(CaO/SiO_2=2.5) and microwave heating condition(1000W,2.45GHz,20min),the centre temperature decreaseds with a increasing sample mass;There is no great difference between with and without inert atmosphere in microwave sintering of magnetite in a same microwave heating condition.When 100g sample(CaO/SiO_2=2.5) is heated by microwave irradiation(1000W,2.45GHz,20min),the more Fe_3O_4 is added,the less liquid phase is produced,which is bad for microwave sintering of magnetite concentrate.
