本文指出和分析当前我国本科专业设置中的“专业固化”等几个突出问题 ,并提出了打破专业固化、建立“课程组合”为特征的专业教育模式、积极探索跨学科专业的发展机制、专业设置要因地制宜、口径要“宽窄结合”、举办专业切忌“一窝风”、将专业设置权下放给高校等鲜明观点
