英国高等教育早已迈入大众化阶段 ,但是目前其发展面临不少问题 ,包括教育经费、教育质量、入学机会等方面。针对这些问题 ,英国政府主要通过增加入学机会、提高财政能力和经费效率、建立完善的质量监督与评估体系以及引入市场机制等措施来加以解决。我国高等教育即将实现大众化的目标 ,借鉴英国大众高等教育的发展经验对于促进我国高等教育大众化的发展有着重要意义
