随着信息技术的飞速发展 ,特别是我国加入WTO后 ,我国与国际接轨的进程加快了 ,社会的信息化使得计算机的应用更加普及、更加深入 ,各个领域对计算机基础知识和基本技能的需求愈来愈高。本文主要介绍了目前国内外计算机基础教学的现状 ,参照各国标准及各高校改革经验 ,提出了一些改革建议。
